I honestly find the police's initial reaction positively astounding. Now, our German police aren't generally bad (compared to the rest of the world), but I'm fairly sure if I went to them tomorrow with the premise that "my 17-year old didn't show up for dance class and hasn't answered her phone for the last 2 hours since", they'd tell me she probably just ditched it to hang out with friends and call them again if she doesn't resurface tomorrow. Shouldn't be like that, as minors "automatically count as missing" under those circumstances and police should expect the worst - but realistically, that's still probably what would happen in a lot of cases, at least with older teens like her.

I know a 19 year old girl in my town was shot and killed this week. They shot her six times in total but one of them was between the eyes executions style. They weren’t even going for her they were after her boyfriend and she was just thete
x positivevibesonly x I know I can’t imagine how the family feels. Especially because it was big news in my area. A young pretty girl who was in the wrong place bring brutalized and over killed because of her boyfriend and his mistakes. The media eats that kind of stuff up but I’m sure it takes a toll on the family when they are already so focused on it and trying to grieve. I would feel like I literally couldn’t escape what happened
A woman went missing in the US during quarantine. I can’t remember her name. But it was her and her suspicious ass husbands anniversary or something and she allegedly went on a bike ride and hasn’t been seen since
I don't think she does crimes that have happened quite recently in hopes to be respectful. Maybe in a while though, seems like a good theme to work from.
Eleanor if you see this please do Owen Harding, he lives 5 minutes away from me and went missing during the first lockdown in Saltdean, Brighton. There's not much information out there as the police work was terrible and deemed it a suicide on no grounds because they had no evidence. The case was closed within 2 months and although there's not much for you to make a video on its still good to bring awareness and possibly attempt to re open the case
I am born and raised in Tamworth and as you said, I still live here with my own little family. I remember this murder very well and it hit the town very hard, it was less than half a mile away from where Iived. I remember vividly the tent police use to cover crime scenes. Her body was found in undergrowth at the bottom of some steps leading to Belgrave dance studio, the steps lead up to a bridge and a dual carriage way ran underneath..... i remember every so often the tent being at the top and on full view. I have also told the story to my children on how easy these things can happen. It was such a sad story. I lived in Belgrave when I wS a kid and kids were always put playing happy and free and we were often around the dance studio listening to the girls rehearse, it was a great childhood but things have changed now. Heather Tell I will always remember and unfortunately Tamworth yet again have not long ago suffered another murder of a young beautiful 20 year old girl, killed by a so called male friend walking her home after a night, allegedly serially motivated and resulted in him murdering her. Such a sad sad world we live in xx
@@TensePlumbob thank you for such kind words, it was a horrific time. Now I have a 13 year old daughter myself I just can't bear to think what her parents went through and probably still are. Its made me a very over protective mother towards her, especially since we've had another recent murder 😪 xx
Debbie Downing you deserve it I can’t imagine it happening to anyone in my life but that’s how it is so I like to be positive and think about how lucky I am
I’m from Tamworth and never heard about it, but it’s absolutely awful. What happened to Keeley recently is dreadful, Tamworth is changing for the worst.
Amazing that such a Sicko had a great Daughter. This girl deserves our admiration and respect. I hope no one treats her badly because of her origins. That evil monster had a daughter the same age as his victim. Evil knows no bounds.
Total respect to that 19 yo girl, Lindsay. It had to be difficult and required a huge courage to expose your own dad. She did that for the justice and concern over the safety of society.
hoe for jennie no we can leave houses to go to shops and cinemas etc but that’s being changed due to the second peak which is coming really soon. And I don’t think a pandemic that has claimed many lives is a “lmfao” situation.
@@phildunne9918 Dont be ridiculous. The sad reality is that women are raped and murdered at a high rate as it is a gendered form of violence that disproportionally affects women. Many women die because men like the sicko in this video are let out instead of being kept in prison for life.
@@phildunne9918 she does not mean that only people who are a treat to women be locked up. in cases in court, especially rape cases, a lot of things will be used against women such as what they were wearing, what they were drinking, how flirty they were, how many boyfriends they've had... however, nothing like that will be used against men and that is why only a small percentage of women are brought justice
No thats not what you're saying at all. You are specifically saying 'WhAt AbOut MeN?' when we are specifically talking about the issue of violence against women and girls. Obviously all victims of murder regardless of their gender matter BUT right now we are saying it's messed up how men who are a danger to women are let out or given little to no sentences too often. When you say 'what about men' aka 'Neither should a danger to men' you aren't even helping male victims of murder; all you're doing is derailing both issues because you cant handle that right now we're talking about women.
Thank you for covering this story... Im from Tamworth, the lakes were heather was found and the cemetery where she is buried is less than a mile away from my house and my mum went to school with Michael Chidgey and our town was utterly devastating when she was killed... Unfortunately the murder of another beautiful young woman has hit tamworth and we are in the middle of her murder trial... RIP Heather ❤️❤️ xxx
a body found nude could also be a way to humiliate the victim, especially if the person who did the crime is impotent (I think I spelled that right, basically peepee dont work💀) or isnt sexually motivated/active.
yeah, but you’d find leaving the body like that would be more common with killers who have targeted a specific type of person, like a prostitue say, as a way to scare others like them and make it out to be bad
Could you do the case of Christopher Alan Brown? His mother solved his case, and his stepmother and brother killed him. There was suspected sexual abuse.

elenor makes a lot of britain based cases so i watch kendall in between uploads for all the american cases. have you seen her newest video about michele and martin?
Courtney Michelle exactlyyyy! idk if you seen his autopsy but if he fell in the gym mat theres no way that those big gashes would be on his body and he look like he was beat up also they said his body was filled with paper , his organs wasnt even in his body thats how you know they covered it up. when they released the security footage they also cut it ...
I live a 2 minute walk from where she was murdered and it’s still pitch black in that area (there is a street light that is barely on and flickers constantly). It’s a joke considering how easily concealed it is in the are.

@@navebushes5717 ok when I say smaller crimes I mean not quite murder but still serious. I went to school with a guy who stomped on a guy's head and nearly killed him because he tried to steal the victim's phone and the victim refused to hand it over. Also, weekly stabbings weren't anything we were remotely surprised to hear about. That was on top a lot of burglaries, muggings and shop theft. Just this week the murderer of Keeley Bunker was jailed and that happened in Tamworth last year.
Hannah B I’m from London and so that doesn’t sound weird to me but didn’t know it was like that in smaller towns! I guess there will always be criminals around, whether you’re in a big city or a small town
I moved to tamworth from a city and have been here for 6 years. My husband is born and bred here. Tamworth is a beautiful, safe place to raise children. It's crime is nothing compared to where I came from.
I live in Tamworth and it makes me so emotional to hear the places that me and my mates walk together mentioned in a murder story. This murder changed Tamworth forever, ask anybody who lives here and they’ll tell you. The song ‘never let you go’ by Jakaranda is kind of known as her song. She was such a normal girl and never did a single thing to deserve what happened to her.
PLS do the Gabriel Fernandez case, he was a eight year old that got brutally murdered and tortured to death by his mother and her boyfriend, he very sadly died and there is horrible cps work. There is a documentary on Netflix about it called The trials of Gabriel Fernandez.
I haven’t finished watching the documentary yet, it gets me so upset, I will finish it though but, I think it’ll be nice if Eleanor covers it too. You should checkout Horror Stories channel, it’s based on actual true stories of people, he covers a child name Terrell Peterson, it reminds of Gabriel’s case.
the netflix documentary was really hard to watch and the incompetence of all of the agencies involved is upsetting but not surprising (i'm pretty sure this was in la and that's a notoriously corrupt place) hearing about all of the ways and all of the times that someone had the opportunity to step in which would have saved his life
The documentary was quite hard to watch, but the case is so important because it shows just how broken the US child protection system is. I second this!! Please cover the case!

My distant cousin was murdered by her husband in Swansea, Wales, a while back. Would you cover her case? Her name was Kirsty Grabham. Her mum has lost two daughters and it’s just heartbreaking to see.
please look into the hampstead satanic cult... honestly I spend a whole day looking into this and was absolutly mindblown by what happened. the footage of the kids interviews are chilling.
I thought those kids interviews had been proven fake/debunked. The story I heard was that the mother was separated from the father so she and her new partner “coached” the kids to say all this stuff to get back at people they didn’t like. It wasn’t an actual official video and some of the things they said were quite obviously false (ie describing locations that didn’t exist). When this was uncovered the mother and her partner absconded overseas. It may not be the case you are talking about though.
@@Moo-2310 That's great :) I'm watching these and still taking mental notes sometimes tho. I wouldn't mind if my daughter watched something like that, it's not graphic and Eleanor is always super respectful.
Being from Tamworth, this was actually an interesting watch. I've never looked up and researched this case myself, but it's famous in the area. A friend even took me to Heathers grave once. But this is an interesting watch for me bc I grew up hearing all of the rumours about her death. Some of the rumours are kinda twisted compared to what actually happened (one being that the killer cut her hair off and strangled her with it) Growing up there, and even now when I go home to visit as an adult, my parents aren't keen on me walking the dog through the Belgrave lakes because of this case.

I know a 19 year old girl in my town was shot and killed this week. They shot her six times in total but one of them was between the eyes executions style. They weren’t even going for her they were after her boyfriend and she was just thete
@@meggswaggs5965 my god, that's very brutal. my condolences to her family 💕
x positivevibesonly x I know I can’t imagine how the family feels. Especially because it was big news in my area. A young pretty girl who was in the wrong place bring brutalized and over killed because of her boyfriend and his mistakes. The media eats that kind of stuff up but I’m sure it takes a toll on the family when they are already so focused on it and trying to grieve. I would feel like I literally couldn’t escape what happened
you should have a week called “covid crisis” where you talk about crimes that have happened during covid
That's actually a good idea though I'd deffinatly watch those
A woman went missing in the US during quarantine.

It’s so sad I hope your life is going well beacause you deserve it xx
@@TensePlumbob thank you for such kind words, it was a horrific time. Now I have a 13 year old daughter myself I just can't bear to think what her parents went through and probably still are. Its made me a very over protective mother towards her, especially since we've had another recent murder 😪 xx
Debbie Downing you deserve it I can’t imagine it happening to anyone in my life but that’s how it is so I like to be positive and think about how lucky I am
I live in belgrave too, my dad told me about that
I’m from Tamworth and never heard about it, but it’s absolutely awful. What happened to Keeley recently is dreadful, Tamworth is changing for the worst.
I can't imagine how hard it would have been to come forward and say you suspect your own parent, good on her. That takes a lot of strength.
i felt so bad when that happened it must have been so scary
Amazing that such a Sicko had a great Daughter. This girl deserves our admiration and respect. I hope no one treats her badly because of her origins.
That evil monster had a daughter the same age as his victim. Evil knows no bounds.
Total respect to that 19 yo girl, Lindsay. It had to be difficult and required a huge courage to expose your own dad. She did that for the justice and concern over the safety of society.

A danger to women who must never be free.. wish more judges ruled like that
Neither should a danger to men?
@@phildunne9918 Dont be ridiculous. The sad reality is that women are raped and murdered at a high rate as it is a gendered form of violence that disproportionally affects women. Many women die because men like the sicko in this video are let out instead of being kept in prison for life.
Lucy H I can see that and I get it but anyone who have murdered no matter who they put in danger should be locked up forever
“so you just think it’s someone being weird in a bush” WHY HAS THIS SENTENCE BEEN SENDING ME HAHAHA
Thank you for covering this story... Im from Tamworth, the lakes were heather was found and the cemetery where she is buried is less than a mile away from my house and my mum went to school with Michael Chidgey and our town was utterly devastating when she was killed... a body found nude could also be a way to humiliate the victim, especially if the person who did the crime is impotent (I think I spelled that right, basically peepee dont work💀) or isnt sexually motivated/active.
yeah, but you’d find leaving the body like that would be more common with killers who have targeted a specific type of person, like a prostitue say, as a way to scare others like them and make it out to be bad
i was thinking that too
Also they could be trying to remove anything that would identify the victim or just trying to leave as little evidence as possible
Peeper doesn’t work 😭😭

I agree, Kendall Rae is one to watch. It’s a really interesting video
elenor makes a lot of britain based cases so i watch kendall in between uploads for all the american cases. have you seen her newest video about michele and martin?
This case pisses me off. There’s no way he just fell.
This is why I don’t go in parks when it’s dark, I’m gonna take the long way round and stay insight:
I live a 2 minute walk from where she was murdered and it’s still pitch black in that area (there is a street light that is barely on and flickers constantly). It’s a joke considering how easily concealed it is in the are.
@@beth347 that’s terrifying
@@beth347 Didn't get Peter Hall saying it was broad daylight, not far off 9pm in late August. Always wonder if her friend heard anything while she was waiting but then her life could've been in danger aswell if she'd walked towards there. As someone who grew up in Tamworth I can say it is not a nice town 😂 there may be few serious crimes like murder but smaller crimes there are PLENTY.
Isn’t it like that in a lot of small towns?
I've always been told Tamworth is an s.hole 🤣.
You should checkout Horror Stories channel, it’s based on actual true stories of people, he covers a child name Terrell Peterson, it reminds of Gabriel’s case.
the netflix documentary was really hard to watch and the incompetence of all of the agencies involved is upsetting but not surprising (i'm pretty sure this was in la and that's a notoriously corrupt place) hearing about all of the ways and all of the times that someone had the opportunity to step in which would have saved his life
but why it was nationally covered after the documentary came out? why not give other cases coverage?
The documentary was quite hard to watch, but the case is so important because it shows just how broken the US child protection system is. I second this!! Please cover the case!
Watched the Netflix documentary and it was heartbreaking 💕💕💕

please look into the hampstead satanic cult... honestly I spend a whole day looking into this and was absolutly mindblown by what happened. the footage of the kids interviews are chilling.
"nowhere is a 100% safe..." she says as she looks deep into my soul... 😳

Being from Tamworth, this was actually an interesting watch. I've never looked up and researched this case myself, but it's famous in the area. A friend even took me to Heathers grave once. But this is an interesting watch for me bc I grew up hearing all of the rumours about her death. Some of the rumours are kinda twisted compared to what actually happened (one being that the killer cut her hair off and strangled her with it)
Growing up there, and even now when I go home to visit as an adult, my parents aren't keen on me walking the dog through the Belgrave lakes because of this case.
