    The 38-year-old has promised to cancel the H-1B visa programme if elected president.
    Why has this visa programme, which is used by Indians, been targeted repeatedly by republicans? Palki Sharma tells you.

    Vivek has spoken the truth about prioritizing America's interests for Americans, and there's nothing inherently wrong with that perspective. He has clearly outlined where FBI resources should be directed, including addressing issues within the education system, among others. It appears that either Firstpost hasn't been closely monitoring the campaign or is generating unnecessary noise, especially considering the visa stances, which aren't inherently against India. This raises questions about the integrity of responsible journalism.

      The reason why Indians receive a large chunk of H1B visas is because the US Silicon Valley companies rely on skilled Indian tech professionals. Now ofcourse you are spot on about limiting those, but like we have witnessed with Apple, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Microsoft, Amazon and Google to name a few these other companies which are medium to large companies will open offices in India and hire them directly here. So again this argument is fundamentally flawed. Tbh I hope America limits H1Bs to India cause that we further accelerate companies opening up offices in India. This is not new we have witnessed this even before and this further benefits India. In short term I agree it will have some effect in India but just like the 2008 financial crisis in US we witnessed major American firms opening up offices in India.

But if world didn't want to recognise our country as Bharat then it's fine even Mexico's people call there country by Me hi co not Mexico same thing as for Germany , Germans call themselves Deutsche (living in Deutschland). Your argument is fundamentally flawed. Only those individuals can start their H1B visas when they receive employment acceptance from an American firm. This means that vast majority are accepted on the basis of meritocracy. In the beginning even I was confused by Ramaswamys statement then I did some research and realized the issue is not on Indian side at all rather its on American side. Unless American firms are exempted from H1B cap system they are all part of lottery. Meaning the lottery system is dictated by which American firms are part of H1B cap and which are exempted. If a company is exempted from H1B cap then they can avoid the lottery system altogether but if a company is part of the H1B cap system then they are part of the lottery system. Meaning even if the person with meritocracy is selected by a company which is part of H1B cap system then it Mean even a candidate who is qualified on the basis of his meritocracy has to go through lottery system. I also realized why ppl are speaking on this because few American workers have called out the fraud that is being committed using this system which is why I believe Ramaswamy brought up this issue.

The content of the reporting is truly awe-inspiring, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it. The dedication and hard work poured into the video are greatly appreciated by many, she is the true hero in our story. Additionally, the Union Public Service Commission has delivered a remarkable report titled संघ लोक सेवा आयोग *How Britishers killed 1.8 billion Indians. Chronology of British Raj's exploitative policies* | UPSC," which is equally astounding. The commission consistently produces insightful and thought-provoking articles of the utmost caliber, and I sincerely hope they continue to produce such exceptional work.

    • @PraneeI
      @PraneeI 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      The 45 trillion dollars that were taken mainly consist of natural resources. If you look at India's current mineral deposits, most are completely depleted (that's why India imports their minerals instead of producing them themselves; they have nothing left). The British forced Indians to mine and carry those minerals and resources to the sea port so they could be sent back to England every single day for 200 years. The U.S. and U.K. infrastructure was pretty much built from not only India's natural minerals but also India's blood, sweat, and even lives (countless Indians died working in the mines all day with less than a portion of grain in their stomachs).

    • @PraneeI
      @PraneeI 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      1.8 Billion makes sense. India today on average loses 10 million people per year due to natural cause or illness. So in 200 years they would lose 10million x 200 years = 2 billion people. Imagine 1757 - 1947 times when India didn't have any healthcare like today and life expectancy was much much shorter with mass malnourish (Bengal Famine + 63 other major famines) and were forced to work to their very bones losing their lives in the process.

    • @PraneeI
      @PraneeI 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Items such as coal, iron ore, timber, cotton, and other natural resources are brought to the ports every day for the British to ship home to use in their factories.
      Coal and iron ore can produce steel, which, along with wood, can be used to build houses, large buildings, halls, subways, trains, and factories. Iron ore can be used to build cars, machinery, weapons, ships, and jets. Both the U.K. and U.S. 1st and 2nd industrial revolutions were built with India's funds and India's free labour.

    Many tech companies have now abandoned the H1B and have switched to the L1 visa as these do not necessarily offer a direct path to citizenship and people can be brought over for a shorter period of time and replaced easily.
    L1 holders projects/work is assigned on a piecemeal basis such that the next person who replaces them can pick up easily where the previous one had left off, and if their performance does not meet the expectations then they are easily replaced by the next L1 assignee from India or wherever.
    It is convenient for companies but inconvenient for workers with families, kids, as they may return to India within 1-2 years of moving to the U.S. if they are not able to consistently perform.

    The illegal immigration in the USA has reached on a massive scale.
    They are given free entry 5 star hotel to stay with perks. Obviously they are not required to pay any tax.
    Where as the indian normally a hindu, has to wait for decades for the green card and pay taxes.
    The situation of India is replicated there.

Actually he has not elaborated what exactly the so called 'merit' based visa system is. This seems to be a ploy to deny visas to Indians and discriminate. His guru Trump did exactly that and so many Indians had to pack their bags and were sent back to India in his regime.

    Palkiji, your analysis on this issue is 100% WRONG. Current H1-B and immigration system is working against India. An Indian who gets and H1-B today, will have to wait for over 125 years, to get his green card. A person born in other countries will get their green card in less than a year. So, Vivek Ramaswamy, by going towards a merit based system is going to wipe out the inequalities in the immigration system in USA. You need to understand the intent behind the move.

    Nothing wrong with prioritizing American citizens over Indians. That's how it should be, I'm Indian myself but people like Palki should stop being so salty about it. She's the same person that frequently mentions about how a country should first focus on their citizens first when it comes to India doing things for their self interest. There is nothing wrong with being a nationalists but when you are a hard nationalist, this is the kind of hole you fall into.

      That's not right... When he was businessman he used it for his benefit..
      You people don't understand the outcome of this... USA hires big tech for low price from India and talent pool agree for less package... If he cancels that, what do you think is going to happen? Shortage of talent pool and higher salary leading to increase in price of everything 😂...
      If it's so easy to do, trump would've done it... It's easy to become politician and say crap things to get votes... Does USA have that pool of talent to replace Indians? If it does why it didn't uses home grown talent pool?
      Ans : USA doesn't have talent pool for work and those who are talented are too stubborn to work 8+ hours for companies because they have work hours... 😂

      There are other countries that use merit system and if done right, it can work. Yeah he was lucky enough to use that benefit but so what, It was a privilege not a right. Just cause he took advantage of it doesn't mean you should continue to let Indians take advantage lmao.
      H1B visa is all about foreign workers so US talent is out of question and India isn't the only place where it can get talent. India just now has to compete with best minds worldwide which is why some indians are getting salty about it lol 😅
