    Living in Canada, there’s lots of food that we have to make it from scratch. Sometimes we even can’t find the raw ingredients . Luckily in Edmonton, I found the herbal shop selling the dried “Sotong”squid😍.
    From dried (dehydrated) squid to fully soaked squid and making it into delicious Brunei/Malaysia/Indonesia/Singapore rojak - fruit salad, you can find it all in this video.
    I shared the shop image in this video, and just to clarify that it is not commercial advertising !
    Soaking Dried Squid
    Ingredients::
    2 pcs dried squids
    20 cups water
    3/4 cup alkaline water
    Rojak/ Nanyang Salad
    Ingredients::
    1pc soaked squid
    1 Chinese long donut
    2 pcs fried tofu
    80g jicama
    1 mango
    1 can rojak sauce
    2tbsp kecap manis
    1tbsp soy sauce
    1tbsp peanut butter
    1tbsp chilli sauce
    50g peanuts

    2块油炸豆腐
    80克沙葛
    1个芒果
    1罐啰惹酱
    2汤匙甜酱油
    1汤匙花生酱
    1汤匙 辣椒酱
    50克花生
