If you have problems connecting you need to power off portal and turn it back on, then pair per his instruction video and it should work fine.

Does this work for the regular PS5 3D pulses headset? I’ve been using the cord to connect
Hows the sound quality? Been seeing a lot of bad reviews on it.
Fake news! It’s not overpowering, but it’s a clean and accurate sound. A 9/10 for sure!
My only issue with it hurts my ears after 20 minutes sound is very good don't biy them at full price I got mine during a sale only cost me £161 pounds
I’ve tried this method multiple times with new Explore earbuds; however, they just won’t connect to my Portal, unfortunately! They easily connect to my PS5, iPhone and iPad, but not the Portal. I fear that I likely have a defective Portal, which was preordered from PlayStation Direct at launch. 😢

Ok so after an hour i figured out what to do if u can't get it to connect the way hes saying. Hold the power button on ur portal then click shut off and do what hes asking in the vid it worked right away. Let me know if this helps anyone else 🎉
