  • So are you looking to get some amazing glutes? Are you looking for overall leg development? If so this is the video for you. Today we are doing a leg workout and its glute focused. I have with me IFBB Pro Dr Sunny Andrews. Guys don't be shy this workout is not just for the ladies. Trust me when I tell you the burn was real.     She’s incredibly impressive and unbelievably humble... Imagine achieving that level of success in a profession that requires that much study AND achieving a pro card, few people have the drive that it takes to do one of those things. Awesome video!

    I love doing deadlifts like that!! Definitely targets the glutes more. I think I first saw this from Bret Contreras 8 years ago or so and he calls it the “American deadlift” . I’m so grateful for the expertise you share with all of us .. for free. God bless you and your family sir!! ❤️❤️

    You should do a video on symmetry... A lot of people don’t know how to look at themselves and really apply certain exercises/angles to create the look they want.

    The Doctor is in great shape already. John's work will pay off I am sure. John is one of those who counts like 7, 8, 9 then silence and then 6, 7, 8 and then silence followed by 5, 6, 7 :) A set is never over until you are completely done :)

    Hey coach. Recently My knees have been feeling wonky. Slight pain when I’m walking and popping a lot. Can you do a video on knee safety? Stuff like warm ups/recovery with foam rollers. Or just go over what to watch out for

      They do splits, so sometimes they don't train calves with heavy leg days (glutes, quads, hammies).
