Maxwell, I get your point, but I differ, the government doesn't have to do everything. Traditional rulers have a big role in the development of Ghana. Even in the West, charities, royals, and philanthropists play a big role in promoting wellbeing. Google Princes Trust, a charity set up by the royal family, also Google Duke of Edinburgh Award. It does not take away the role of politicians, but gives locals a sense of belonging and responsibility to maintain the project. Thanks to all involved.
