We need to take powers away from the President ....we don't need regional ministers ....all DCEs must be appointed y the chiefs to spearhead developments ordered by the chiefs ..each district must be given as part of the national cake for such development ...the government powers must only be to cabinet ministers..tge government must focus only on national needs like hospitals schools Major roads electricity water ...small developments like this must be handed over to the chiefs ...simple ...
