The very first time I went to Obuasi I wept because I thought the town was beautiful since I stayed in Kwahu and I know how kwahu towns look like so when I went to Obuasi and the town was so dirty and filthy I was so disappointed! The king of Obuasi should lower his head in shame a town full of gold but look!! It a disgrace to Obuasi mann!
Per my knowledge there's no king in Obuasi. I stand to be corrected.
Its council deuty to prepare obuasi Town with Gold mining in the 60s to 70s obuasi was moving till Rawlings came but dont worry its coming back l was born there go to School 😮😮
The money made from Obuasi's gold is used to develop Accra
