    when you make the shrimp saganaki ALWAYS put the feta cheese at the last minute so it doesnt melt completely when the sauce is boilling.

    11:53 the durag sent me lol. Its so random but a nice unexpected surprise. And I love musaka. This whole video is well put together and I'm salivating. Mediterranean food is so good.

    For the moussaka, you can add the eggwhites to the regu to lift its volume a bit. You're also supposed to use bay leaves and cinnamon for the sauce. Nutmeg for the white sauce that goes on top. The aubergines should be roasted in the oven before you layer them in the pan will the rest of the ingredients.

    So the eggplant was sliced raw then put in the casserole cooked. I would like to know how it was cooked??? It looks so different than when I prepare it. I usually saute or roast till golden.
