0:24 heat sour sweet salty and spicy, not bitter. almost all thai food besides pad kee mow and raad na are spicy (but for those dishes they are served chili sauce on the side)

The question is: where do we buy a wok like that one ? I have 2 old woks I use daily but this one is great. I have an electric stove. I wish I had a charcoal one like we have in Africa :( thanks for demystify Thai cooking. blessings
