OK, that answers my questions. No more software updates or security patches. This was the last, BEST, phone. I went from this to the Note 20 Ultra, to the s22 Ultra, to the s23 Ultra, which I'm using, now. These other phones are TWICE the thickness, and less inside goodies, especially the Gb. That's why I'm watching this video; see if it's worth it to buy another Aura Glow. Samsung, IMO, went to 💩 in 2020. Like, they just stopped trying.

@@tennaj1367 - Yeah, it's still a good phone. I still have my Note 20 Ultra as a backup, should one of my primary phones (Google Pixel Fold; S23 Ultra; Z Fold 4) fail. You're probably better off with the Note 20 Ultra, just because it's a year newer, and better for receiving more updates. But it IS bigger, in heft, due to it's thickness, so keep that in mind.
I remember back in 2019 reading the specs for this phone and being amazed at its hardware, sadly wasnt able to get the device til much later on just due to financial reason's, bought it in late 2023 real cheap and still using to this day, i have no desire to upgrade, absolutely love this phone

This is my favorite phone, I have an s24 plus now but hold it now only to upgrade to a flip 6 if they deal with their hardware issues. If i was smarter, id have bought a now-cheaper note 10+. It is a great phone. And i miss her even though its only been one day.
can't believe they forcing us to move to new phones just cause of their competition Apple. Since this phone is so powerful. Still have it for 5 years. This phone should keep getting updates
@@qasimshah1130 i had to change the battery just one time since 2018. The first battery was out of power after three years. All in all, the phone is still running smoothly after 5.5 years. Its a machine and 100 % recommended :)
I brought my Note 10+ in 2020 and haven't had to change the battery once. It's still doing great. This phone feels indestructible, the only thing that has minor damage is the top right and bottom right corner from a fall, there's some scratches now that you don't see unless you take it out of the case.
Other than updates and battery life and camera this phone competes with most flagship phones that comeout today so if updates and camera isnt that important to you this is a great pick up

I love my aura it's the best but it's time to depart from her now. RIP

All apps working great, Going strong. No need to change it yet. Paired with the note 10 plus sd855 version 512gb I have 2 perfect phones!
Still got my Note 10+ the same beautiful silver one u got and we just got an update works marvelous. I love my phone for everything to gaming watching Netflix and TH-cam. I'm even thinking of getting the X4 aileron Game controllers for it . And then I will be complete ✅️.

Camera's are great, I "downgraded" from a S21 5g to a Note 10+ 4g until I'm able to upgrade to a newer ultra phone. The 12GB of ram and SD 855 are still great for gaming. Games like Minecraft will run on all high, same with cod mobile and PUBG. Barely any slow downs. It's only about 0.1 seconds slower than my S21. I'd recommend at least a Note 20 but the Note 10 is still a great option. Spen is also great. You can also custom ROM it with a S24 ultra ROM if you get ether a International Snapdragon variant or Exynos(Exynos sucks).

I just got the latest security patch today,only to mention it's the galaxy note 10 5g .But I think almost all galaxy note 10 will be getting this update ,today is July 4 2024.It might well worth to have until 2025 whit this update.

But without patches or security updates, what's the point? You're just running out of time like using a blackberry and not being able to do the usialy apps.
There is nothing to fault in this phone. It's great, I will use it until it breaks. The Internet works very fast. For photos and videos, we need a camera and a camera, and this one is completely enough to capture moments quickly. I don't even know if if it were possible to buy a new one now, I wouldn't buy the same model because it is more handy than the new models.
Beautiful phones and the Hardware is very capable. But like you said it got no software update anymore and the banking applications don't work or can update them. For 100$ more you can get a note 20 ultra.

I'm still using my note 10+. Got it when it came out and it still works pretty much perfectly.

I 100% agree with you! Even Android 5.0 still has a little bit of support with the apps.
The note 10 lite is better it has android 13 as it last update apps are more supported on android 13

855 is good for gaming still. Not the highest setting but is better than any new phone sub 150$ right now where used n10 are priced.

Note 20 ultra holds up even better as it had 120hz and tiny bezels just like the new phone
