If anyone wants a paper towel holder for their grill I got a magnetic shop paper towel holder for a toolbox from Harbor Freight. I have it mounted vertically on one of my front grill doors. Works perfectly, it’s cheap, and you can get it in like 5 different colors.
I have a black stone griddle an I have never had a complaint ,an I got me a Weber spirt grill now an I love it best gas grill I’ve. Ever owned far as small residential grill
I have the exact same Blackstone griddle and I LOVE it. The grease management is a pain but I have been dealing with it for years. I see no reason to upgrade any time in the future. Love the video boys!
I love my Weber like I love my chevys. Happy they represented. Not ventured into the griddle game yet though… guess it’s time. Good stuff guys. Folks that watch my channel always ask what I watch on TH-cam. Been here lurking a long time. Learned a lot. Appreciate ya.
I have a 28" Blackstone and it gets so hot that I cook on the lowest setting the majority of the time. Average temp on low is between 380 and 420 degrees.
Awesome review guys! I have a Blackstone 36, and I’m very happy with it , though it would be nice if they showed the Griddle Guys some love 😆! . Everyone is coming out with new griddles every day, just like Chris said get one and enjoy cooking on it. I think pricing has a lot to do with purchasing, and most stick with the name they know and trust. In the end it’s what makes you happy. Thanks again for the great review. Cheers fellas! 🍻
I bought a Camp Chef 600 Portable and I love it. The legs fold up so I can throw it in the truck and go up to my property/cabin in the mountains with it. It makes cooking fun, so just buy the one you like from whatever brand you like, and you'll love it.
Thank you again for your videos. Do you have any infortion or video coming soon regarding the new Weber Slate that is coming out soon. I have watched a few videos talking about not rusting and do not need to season. I have not yet purchased a griddle yet, waiting to see what is coming up next. Appreciate any information or advice you can share. Thanks!
I won`t give up my Blackstone 36 inch, just yet. I want to see the valid tests of the Weber 36 inch 4 burner when it comes out on the market. I like the Blackstone for lower heat control, especially when doing eggs and pancakes. This Weber 3 burner doesn`t do well on low heat settings because it won`t go low enough. The Blackstone STILL has the best grease catcher on the market. And the Weber, sorry folks, its not built as rugged as the Blackstone is. I`m a Weber fan, but not there with their griddles just yet. I have several Weber grills and smokers, so there`s that, i like Weber`s products, alot. Still need time for Weber to improve on a few things with their griddle series though. Until then, i`ll just keep using my Blackstone 36.
@@chadhawks Thank you Chad! Just checked, yup, now available. I`ll wait for someone else to be the test gerbil for it, lol. The $600 for it is a bit much to swallow just to find out how it works.
Is the build quality, seasoning and clean-up about the same on the weber as the other griddles you've used? Do you think the smaller Weber can keep up with the blackstone when cooking for a crowd?
No way can i go down in griddle top size. I got rid of my 28 inch griddles and went up to the 36 inch. To bad you cant get these griddles in 40+ inches. I wish Weber would hurry up and release their new 4 burner griddle. And when you guys do a review, it would help if you would show the underneath sides of the griddles, and also show the burner area`s as well. Like to see if they have chambers for each burner, and what the welded baffles look like on the bottom sides of the plate.
How's the sturdyness (is that a word?) of the Weber? I love how chonky the Camp Chef is, feels like I could run the car into it without worry, not that I typically do that but still. Ok maybe I have, don't judge me :)
Hey guys I need you expertise on this, I bought a 24” pitboss grill I watched the video how to season it but when I did my grill wouldn’t get that black blue color at all I had it up on high but it doesn’t seem to get really hot , HELP PLEASE, before it finds a new home 3 storys. Down 😩😖😡
Come on man! The heat is in the middle. The middle is closer on the smaller griddle. Ill take the 36er any day over a smaller griddle. There is a lot more cool zone on the 36er. 36er all day long guys.
Hey Ron. Thanks for chiming in. All the griddles have some pros and cons. I'm happy to move forward with the 28" for now. I'm curious myself if I miss the 36". Good thing is now Weber also makers a 36" Cheers bud! - C
That was an awesome review and cook. Personally I avoid Blackstone as they don't support you guys in all the years you've been using their products. Cheap ass company. I love Weber products, but I bought a 36 inch Camp Chef griddle.
All is good. All 3 of us have been crazy busy but should be winding down soon. New video coming out soon we hope! Thanks for checking in bud! Cheers! - C
I appreciate that you guys don’t have sponsors actually. There is another griddle person who I enjoyed watching but obviously has some sponsorship with blackstone, so now I feel his information and feed back on their products are biased and I have basically stoped watching his cooks. If I made the videos I would want to get sponsors too, but in doing so I feel your integrity can be compromised.
I won't buy anything Blackstone because I am very upset they still don't support you guys after all these years and leaves a big bitter taste in my mouth. I love Weber and their grills however for a griddle Camp Chef FTG 600 for the win!
Weber becaus of the quality. Everytime I physically check out a blackstone it always feels like its made out of scrap metal , bad paint, bad paintjob and bad QC.
All I can say is I bought a Webber Genesis last year and picked up the griddle insert. The entire grill is a massive disappointment. The performance of the grill itself doesn’t remotely match the price and the griddle insert is a complete joke. The grill has garbage for power. I’ve actually been looking at getting a Blackstone griddle and this just confirms it for me. I’ll never purchase anything from Weber again.
You guys should do a video on the New Weber slate 36" griddle. Great video.
If anyone wants a paper towel holder for their grill I got a magnetic shop paper towel holder for a toolbox from Harbor Freight. I have it mounted vertically on one of my front grill doors. Works perfectly, it’s cheap, and you can get it in like 5 different colors.
thanks for this valuable information 👍
Awesome suggestion!
Weber loyalists are probably happy to see them get into the griddle game. Great comparison! Cheers guys🍻😊
Thanks Bobbi! - C
a 3 burner vs 4 burner of course the weber is smaller. should have compared the 4 burner which they do have.
I've really been looking at the Blackstone for a while, Webber is the Grandfather of outdoor cooking
The OG has served well. Glad you are still using yours! Griddle on Bud! - C
Thanks! Just bought a new Weber genesis II Grill. Stil luv my 18” blackstone. Grill more convenient for everyday (easier cleanup). Luv your content!
Yall haven't been showing up on my feed! Glad to be back!
Weber does have a 36" version.
I have a 28" Blackstone and it gets so hot that I cook on the lowest setting the majority of the time. Average temp on low is between 380 and 420 degrees.

Thanks Guys! This is top shelf content!!! Turn it up and push the limits! Cheers

I am sorry ur poor
We also have the Camp Chef 600 Portable that we take camping and on vacations. We love it! Cheers! - C
The dog definitely was waiting on his/her plate.😂😂😂

Hope you guys are ok! Hubby and I have been missing your videos!
Nate's arm seems to be all healed up!
Nice griddle comparison guys!
Thanks! Nate still has several more weeks till back to normal but he will get there. Injuries definitely suck! Cheers! - C
Nice chair layover to keep 4 legged friends off deck. Lol

It is on the market now. It is available now. I got the email yesterday.

Do you guys keep the chairs there to keep the bears out? Lol
Chris called the Weber a camp chef, at about 15:46, lol.
oops Did I? My bad. Cheers and good catch! - C
Always good to watch your videos. You must be related to the butcher to get pork chops like those.
They came out great! So big and juicy! Cheers! - C
Is the build quality, seasoning and clean-up about the same on the weber as the other griddles you've used? Do you think the smaller Weber can keep up with the blackstone when cooking for a crowd?
I think it can but we will see as we do more cooks. Its sleeker and lighter than BS but so far I like that. -C
So what is the Weber that you are using on this. Please specify. It was not in your amazon store Thanks
It must be because the Weber in in the sun. Right?
Hey Nate I missed the name of the seasoning blend/name of the fish seasoning you use on pork and not fish?
Great video guys!! Thank you!!! Are you guys going to get a Traeger and do a comparison with the Blackstone and Weber?
Possibly. We will see. Stay tuned! Cheers! - C
It would have been fun if yall ate the food that you made on these wonderful cooking machines :)
My old Blackstone would get the side shelf's very hot to where I couldn't set anything on them. How does the weber do with that?
Where do I find a webba? New brand? LoL, jk. Love the videos! #4thGriddleGuy
guess its just a griddle thing but the amount of heat lost without a lid makes a big difference

I’ve outta Camp Chef too, love it!
Not as chunky as Camp Chef. A little more sleek and light. Works great so far though! - C
Down 😩😖😡
How did the mushrooms taste because you never use wine in a cast iron pan because of the acid puts a metal tast from the pan.
They tasted really good! I loved them! I didn't know that about cast iron pans and wine. Thanks for the tip. - C
What are the cost difference? How would it measure up to Jeff’s griddle
Great job

You can get a 36” Weber griddle and it solves the real estate issue.
Is the Weber portable? My Char Grill folds so I can take tailgating.
This unit is not portable. Thanks - C
I think Weber should use the base of the “Q” grill and remove the grill and replace it with the griddle to make a portable griddle
Weber has an insert that replaces all the grates and makes a Q griddle
Not sponsored? Wasn't that weber sent to you by weber?
We are very Happy working with Weber! Cheers! - C
@@TheGriddleGuys oh yea, i think its great..i just thought it was funny when they were saying they werent sponsored by anyone lol
The guy on the Blackstone also said he turned his down so of course the Weber was hotter
That was an awesome review and cook. Personally I avoid Blackstone as they don't support you guys in all the years you've been using their products. Cheap ass company. I love Weber products, but I bought a 36 inch Camp Chef griddle.

Hey, Guys... everything going OK, I hope... haven't seen y'all in a while and we're suffering some serious withdrawals...😂
All is good. All 3 of us have been crazy busy but should be winding down soon. New video coming out soon we hope! Thanks for checking in bud! Cheers! - C
"He gave us a couple of rubs..."
miss the cleaning results.....😀
Yup forgot to film it. Will do in future films. Cleaning is very easy! - C
What Chris said at the end was the truth just get one doesn't matter which one.
Agreed! Cheers! - C
Damn….clean that camera lens on the second camera…LOL
where are the griddle guys?
We are still here David. Hopefully a video coming out this week. Cheer and thanks for asking! - C
5 yr old Blackstone vs brand new Weber? Pretty sure that could've effect your temp measurements. I have a 22 Blackstone, just plain love it!
I appreciate that you guys don’t have sponsors actually. So what happened to Camp Chef??
I’ve got one and it’s way better than Blackstone to me.
I love my Camp Chef.
Me to
The Camp Chef is very nice, but you can’t use metal utensils on it.
I’ve been using metal utensils for a couple years so I’m confused why you would say that.
I won't buy anything Blackstone because I am very upset they still don't support you guys after all these years and leaves a big bitter taste in my mouth. I love Weber and their grills however for a griddle Camp Chef FTG 600 for the win!
Cheers and Griddle on Babs! - C
You should have gotten the 4 burner Weber…more real estate!
Scooby is ok enough talk somebody drop something.
Huh?
Weber I am sure is a lot more money
my cousins from bostonnnnnnnnnnnnn
Hey Nate, you really know how to make a knife guy cringe!!!
I don't like men rubbing me
Really late getting in the game.
