One thing I forgot to mention is how to efficiently sell your loot, I prefer to bulk sell my scarabs and I use currency exchange to bulk sell anything else (even including div cards, I've sold 100s of "the void" through there, very useful). If you're farming t17 you'll have near infinite gold to use the market place. (I currently have 12m gold). More testing needs to be done, but It's a solid 25d~/hr for me as of right now with the current prices. EDIT: If containment scarab is 1.5d or more then I don't think it's worth using, instead just use the other strat listed in the description(not as much profit, but still strong). You should run more fast paced bosses like abom/lycia that will allow you to retain some hh stacks and also u will almost always be able to leech during them

@@Fubgun thanks, it helped a lot. I was running 17s with some really awful mod combos and cared only about the map scarab/ccy +%. The other thing that literally halved my deaths was an enchant for destroying mobs, literally game changer for the box strat. Now im runnin em smooth :)
@@Turtleman745 the one for claws only in kingsmarch, it makes that all the monsters you kill are being destroyed and thus it negates most ondeath effects + resurrections & DD from boxes It costs like 27 bounty runes and 31 mountain if I remember correctly

(10 c each) Because I've tried a couple of runs and I was losing money :/ if it is not worth what would you recommend me for t16? I do 4.5mill dps on PoB (LS Warden) but I don't know if I can complete t17 maps. Didn't get all voidstones and haven't tried to kill all the bosses yet.
At current prices it's for sure not worth it at tier 16. I think the lesser ambush strat is worth it (use wealthyexile to keep track of your profits, a lot of it is in scarabs).
i was running with 3 ambush, 1 discernment and 1 hidden compartments on t16 dunes and it was worth. U just need to run a lot of maps and hope for lucky drops (when u run at least 30, u get profit)
I was running this strat but my character kept getting stuck pathing back to the strongboxes after clicking them and dashing away. Completely kills my mood and makes me hate my life.

Sometimes when you click a strongbox and blink away, your cursor will "remember" that you were trying to click a strongbox (even if it was successfully activated) and continue trying to path you back towards the strongbox. The mechanic is called namelocking apparently and I believe it's meant to assist with targeting skills but is detrimental around strongboxes.
this isnt anything against the creator but they need to remove the ability to put scarabs on t17's for this exact reason. this went from my favorite league ever, to a fun but short lived one. you are almost losing money if you are trying any somewhat popular strategy, and using scarabs, if you arnt in t17 because the market is so fucked because how broken t17's are.
empyrian just released a video making 7d per hour running ambush on T16. Considering ambush is probably the only scarab affected by T17, you are either missinformed or lying about losing money on T16.
I honestly like the loot nerf a bit cus it makes the game abit more fun honestly. But anyway, i really hope u can find a way to make this (or similar) strat work in T16 for us weaker muppets. (or even a budget verson since scarabs are skyrocketing?) Love ur content as always!

How noticeable is Beyond? Since ground loot is nerfed, figured beyond would also be affected by that. Or is it just the best option? T16s sell for quite a lot in bulk and map runners go through a lot of maps, so was thinking of going map nodes instead. Maybe with mechanic block nodes for better scarabs
Containment scarabs were at 130c~ before this video. 1 hour later to this video they were sitting at 220c~, and this price is the same right now. This video is a classic streamer bait to inflate the market so they can move to another farms. I mean, this video is kinda obvious, i'm a very casual poe player and i was doing the exact same strat because it is intuitive and simple to setup, tons of people were doing the same stuff, so this video has no useful information at all, even to casual players. It just inflated the market and made things worse for the ones were farming this strat, such a disservice.
People crying here that scarabs are now insanely high price yet I just went head in and bought 100 Containment for 1.5 div each and made 30 div just from first 5 maps. Maybe stop crying and try the strat first xd
Got 2x doctor, 2x enlighten, 6x valdo puzzle box and few div drops. I'm not even accounting scarabs and bubble gum currency. Some might say that I got lucky but I call it playing the game instead of crying under strat guides.

I made around 120 div - 20x 0.7div for fortress maps, 20x 1.5div for scarab and +- 10div for the other scarabs and map rolling. So that's 66 div profit after 20 maps. Take in consideration that you get alot of div cards that I didn't bother selling even if they were around 1 div. I also didn't bother to count how much did I get in bubble gum currency which gives alot. Overall good and fun strategy. Could probably get even more if I ran Abomination. Gonna try it today since I already have 44 maps ready to go (around 116div total entry cost).

My warden LS slaps t17s and I don’t die to bosses even without a HH and I only have a 500 ele dps claw lol. Skill issue my guy.

if you're running t17s then you have to avoid some mods, it's mandatory on every build. on t16 you should never be dying with hh on.

Tried this farm in T16 JV - safe to say this doesnt work. I did about 20 8mod maps. I lost about 1div at the end.
Prices on ambush scarabs are wild this league, even on lower investment version. I think strat is dead on t16 for now
