Here with my deck profile that I took to the Indi regional. Deck preformed as intended but seemed to have a tough time pushing through multiple hand traps going first leaving me vulnerable to getting OTK'd. In this video I discuss what I would be playing going forward to combat this, as well as, I have a new version of this deck in the works that will surprise everyone. It may not be what you were hoping for, It may not be the best way to play water, but there is huge potential and im really excited to show off what I have been working on!

Actually impressed. Now I wanna know this Dex guy, he seems to have big knowledge of the deck and sinergies! Yet, with all the other decisions you made I found myself absolutely agreeing (the 3 aria, the 1 manifestation) and now with the suggest of the Ib package - that actually gives a LOT of recovery, and you know how much I like it - I think it'll really perform well.
I don't have anything to say fr, it's so perfect for now that I don't have any criticisms to make!

I only wish that I could have gone into this event with changes already made, I definitely feel like the deck would have performed alot better but oh well. Its the road to YCS indi for now haha

I hope the changes do you well, I also enjoyed talking with you, the changes and the ideas your friends gave to us while brain storming. I will be heading back to the lab when Harpooner comes out as well, with rage of the abyss, and maybe even the summon sorc errata we could probably cook up something as well. As always I appreciate you dude and the videos looking forward the YCS in may.
U were a huge help, tomorrow ill be going to locals with a completely original concept with inspiration from you and my other testing partner. It might suck and u might think it's cringe. Can't wait to see ur thoughts on it!
@@deepseaygo250 Thanks man! Lmaoo nah it can’t that bad I think trying to hand loop variants I’ve been trying to make is a bit cringe, your opponent just watches you take cards from them. When crafting theory I like to visit all ideas, even if they are bad I may discover something and revisit it later. Revisiting the IB synchro was due to one of the community members in the disc had inquired about what I originally thought was bad/cringe idea but had alot a merit just not for the idea that person had intended it to be used for. Shoot the duo tech is something personally I would of never of tried, I read the card and wrote it off as not good, but your are showing the potential and that’s what it’s all about.

Can add one thing when fishborg harpooner gets released that would easily slot into your deck profile.
Icejade manifest and harpooner on the field is a bahamut toadally awesome omni negate. Thats a 100% special summon play, costing 3 cards in hand.
Meaning you have your normal summon left.
That lets your diva combo go through one handtrap.
Usually thats all I need to win the game turn1.
Also cut one cosmic from your side deck for one infantry against those floodgates please.
Harpoon is serious hype for sure! I could definitely replace a cosmic for him

Thts kinda nasty, bro judt wait til u see wht in playing tomorrow. It's easily the highest u can push this decks ceiling. I'm talking 6,7,8 negates typical uninterrupted and plays through interruptions. Ur gonna cringe or ull think it's awesome. I may be over hyping it, watch me lose every game 🤣

I like Fenrir over tactics btw he’s the safer choice & outs a lot more but tactics is still cracked.

I'm struggling to try and make a pure ice jade list, maybe I can take inspiration from this list you made, which is impressive that you brought it to a regional. Really wish Konami would make Icejade support instead of powercreeping fire decks and giving broken support to archetypes that are just combo heavy and not interesting
If I were to build pure icejade, I would focus on getting the lock up with the icejade Field spell and continuous spell. I would play 3 prosperity as well still include 3 prince, 3 dragoons, 1 lapp so u have discard fauder for ran and free additional bodies through prince.
@@deepseaygo250 I am trying to get consistently to the one sided skill drain, that is the whole reason for which I want to build the deck, other than the gorgeous artworks. I've tried lots of approaches to build it, from first engine then interruptions. To the contrary, to streamlining the engine... though I always seem to brick on simulators, guess that is just my issue in not being able to deck build well

Tidal would offer such a higher ceiling. Konami is afraid of making this deck broken before we get our support 🤣
I’ve been testing with fens and I actually really like it in the deck, it actually comes up a lot where you can use tatsunoko (busted card) and the fen you search to make Baronne
Thts actually kinda nice, gives u barone on 5th summon and then if u have ran, u can get moulin plus lappis on board. I think fenrir is really good in this deck and I missed not having it
@@deepseaygo250exactly, or instead of ran if you have any other water with diva& fen, you can make megalo for the extra spell negate, and potentially an abyssglacia though probs losing battle phase for it
@@deepseaygo250plus tatsunoko plays through niburu, as it’s unaffected by monster effects. Has come up multiple times for me

I think 3 thrust and 1 talent can be better, since you have a lot of normal spells like aria, crafle, manifestation and you can only get manifestation through the level 3 so if you search it you have no good target in the deck to special (even if you dont cut the acti, which i like too, but it isnt good).
I love icejades but was never able to make a really good deck with them.
I really like the icejades with the atlantean. I find they offer alot in the fact tht having 3 cradle can offer alot of flexibility for wht extender u may need for the certain sneario
Hey there! Super casual player here. My friend built a Branded deck and raped me, so I'm upgrading my very old Atlantean Mermail with Icejade support. I've been watching a lot of your videos and they're super helpful. Appreciate the elaboration and explanations. I'm going to empty my wallet to have a fighting chance next time against my friend

What do we think about fishborg harpooner for this deck? I really want to play icejade and just picked up the list. I’ve been playing rogue so far for all of 2024 and really enjoying myself. Plunders been the flavor of the month but looking into getting into this list
Harpoon will go pretty nuts I think especially in comparison to recent support we have gotten. I think this card will be a healthy extender for this deck and mermail atlantean

I think right now Icejade Atlanteans are more consistent, similar power lvl, but also has some type floating and grind, this all being compared to Mermail Atlantean. Mermails offer a higher ceiling but that is only when they open 2 unsearchable cards together being teus + dragoons. Once harpooner drops, both these decks will revisited and we will see how harpooner effects each strategy

Bruh those Branded players really don't know their cards. Albion the sanctifire dragon unfortunately can't be targeted nor used as fusion material, yet you casually super polyied them,...."Twice".

Yeah that card is so annoying on so many levels, can’t be targeted can’t be used as fusion material and brings out toxic cards… i’d better see this shit gone soon

@@tommasopenati9635 As a Branded player myself (used to play it since POTE), I want that shit gone myself cause that's not what makes Branded a good deck, it's just the card that makes scrubs think they know how to play Branded just because they learned how to puppet lock. Good old Branded players like myself don't need that card to win.
