I cannot describe how satisfying this run is. It's like the culmination of everything that has led up to it. Dry baby being clutch yet again to help NL dominate after a long streak of mediocrity is so beautiful.
This is an all timer NL. Between the zane, some real quality play, some real patented NL omissions/misplays, and that it's all on the first Lost run on the new save it's one of your best runs.
So. Im at 46:47 right now. But watching that hush fight, was incredible. Honestly watching NL play the lost is one of my favorites. He doesn't (cant) take bad damage. But he made use of a two item synergy to beat hush when on any other character he would have thrown the run away. Congrats on whatever you unlock on the rest of this run. Im coming for the ride having the best time in a while.

Magic Mush, at around 56:00, is more than just a range increase. It's insurance. If you lose Cricket's Head on the next victory lap, you'll have the multiplier of Magic Mush to lean on and vice versa.

For a stroke just remember the acronym FAST: F - Facial drooping, especially non symmetrical drooping or paralysis. A - Arm weakness. The inability to lift your arms fully. S - Speech slurring, difficulty speaking or aphasia. T - Time.If you have ANY of the three other symptoms, you need to seek medical attention quickly.
This is actually my favourite series ever, and I think its purely due to NL. Isaac is a great game but this series would have died a long time ago without our lord and saviour egg.
I've done the gnawed leaf trick before. I had little haunt and a level three meatboy so all I had to do was turn into stone, make sure that the familiars were aggro'd, and then go get a snack while they ate away the hush's heathbar. Did it with the lamb too! I look at gnawed leaf differently now.
I remember my first Lost run. Eden's Blessing gave me Tech X, and I ended up getting Car Battery Blank Card Algiz for Boss Rush and Hush. Needless to say it was not representative of future Lost runs.
You can't get unlocks on victory laps. However, you could do boss rush, hush, dark or light path, mega satan, and delirium on the same run. If you get a self sacrifice room on the cathedral you can even go isaac -> lamb
my first run included an orbital and the stubby unicorn horn and it was so much fun i had trash tear items through the whole run but that combo was so good
