This thing will not let me add a thumb print. I follow this video and my handle behaves different than what’s in the video. I press and hold the blank handle, it lights up. I press 1 then I press #. The blue light flashes rapidly and doesn’t go solid. As soon as I put my thumb to it, it shuts down and goes blank. What am I doing wrong?
It will actually hold 50 fingerprints, and i have the directions in front of me, Touch to wake password area Enter “1” + “#” and the indicator with blink blue light Press the registered admin fingerprint Press the sensor 5 times with the finger you want to enroll
Please help. Reset and have tried 4 times. I do the finger print first 6 times and then it’s good to go. But once I set the code then fingerprint no longer works!:(

How to have only one admin can manage to add other? I add family member and they can still add other. everybody I add can add other people? I only want one admin. can it be done?
Good morning. I have an electronic lock and I set everything up correctly and it worked great for a while. From a few days ago the door is not locking, I insert the password and it flashes the green light and then the lights flash: GREEN, RED AND BLUE and it does not lock. It only locks when I enter the password and I don't open it, then it hangs, but when I put the password but I don't open it, it doesn't lock. I reiterate that the GREEN, RED and BLUE lights alternate when I touch the lock. Baterias novas! How to solve? Thanks. Rafael.
Either you never set the first fingerprint and it's still the default (any fingerprint) or it's defective Add the administrator/first fingerprint with 1#, any finger once, press 5 times with the desired finger

That seems like there’s already an administrator. It’s red bc it’s not recognizing the fingerprint. All first time fingerprints should flash blue to green, not red at all. I would suggest doing a hard reset with the mini screwdriver provided.
@@mang198 yes you get like a tip of a pin to reach the button and you press it don’t hold it if you hold the button too long it just seems like it bypasses needing an admin finger to add a finger print
Yes! We just figured it our ourselves! Press '2' '1' '#' and it will begin flashing purple. Administrators fingerprint. 1, 2, 3 will be the only numbers glowing. 1 - Low sound 2 - medium sound 3 - Loud sound You're welcome! ☺️
@@elliecruz2602how did you find this out? trial and error? that's something I feel uncomfortable with even with a reset button in case the lock is put into an unrecoverable state. And seems like too many possible codes, like this is the 21st? and not just codes,but chained inputs following the code. Does the app have more info?

Don’t buy this product. It doesn’t lock. Lots of beeping noises and colours but no action. Bought it from Amazon not even a month ago and just had an opportunity to install it. Waste of money and time. It’s a gimmick. Money grab for Amazon.
It works for me. Use the reset button on the back in the hole next to the button to add prints. You hold it for a couple of seconds use a registered print then add another. You can add codes thos way too.

1. Press 1 and then #
2. Enter your master code
3. Light will be solid blue
4. Scan and lift your finger 5 times.

We have the f190. I don't see a hole at the end of the inside lever. I tried to reset using the button at the pivot of the inside lever with no luck.
