I’m having such a hard time trying to program my Tuya smart lock . would it be ok to factory reset the device and if so how would I go about doing it ? Your instructions are the best but I’ve screwed up so bad I just want to start over.
14:40 of video show factory reset of lock. To factory reset lock on back of lock next to button to turn on and off free passage mode is a little hole that you can stick a paper clip or something thin into hole and hold down until lock is factory reset. Good luck

yes you can lower the volume to 0. just select SETTING then go to LOCK NAVIGATION VOLUME then select desire volume

To turn off or adjust volume open Tunya Smart app if you have more than one device choose the lock device you want to adjust. Tap on settings on the bottom right. The choose lock navigation volume and pick lock navigation mute

How do you charge the door knob? I have connected the USB C cord but I can’t see if it’s charging
@@damirawatkins-lozano4893 it takes 4 AAA batteries to run door knob. sat 14:25 take off battery cover.
I put the batteries in. I probably have a different model than yours. Mine can be charged with a ISB C cord
@@damirawatkins-lozano4893 does your keypad light up when you touch handle in center on side you enter in? If not and you have batteries you may want to take the battery cover off and verify that the cable on battery side is connected firmly. Check out 18:30 of video

How to u use the Voice passcode
Is there a way to connect to wifi so I can unlock the door using the app even when I'm far from the device? Say, there's an error on the passcode and your guests cannot unlock the door and you're not around? Hope you can provide feedback. :) Thanks!
As far as I know. you cannot unlock door from anywhere outside of location of wifi with phone. If you have Guest you will have to give them a door lock code. You can make temporary code also. but you need to explain to guest to enter 6 digit code then hit the # button

Does this work with euro cylinder locks
I really do not know. You can always buy it and return it if it does not. Amazon is great on Returns, but if I had to guess it has it's own internal locks. all you need is the hole in door to assemble it to.

@@JB-000 you have two choices number one is to Google it and hope you get lucky and find the manual online if not number two is buy the Lock again take pictures of the Manual with phone and send it back for refund good luck

My lock battery died out and just stopped working all together even after replacing the batteries
make sure the connector cable where the batteries goes is plugged in. look at 18:23 make sure you do not pinch cable when installing
When I turn the door it doesn’t open it😢
Once you hear Door lock opened., and a click. give it a second before you turn handle. also try Keys to see if door opens. you may have a defective lock.
How to increase the volume. Initially it was loud but after couple of days now the volume is really low

I recently had the same issue volume was low even though it was high in app.. solution was to unscrew battery handle remove wire harness and remove & reinstall batteries reconnect harness & reinstall battery handle with screw. Volume should now be loud again! Good luck
