Thanks for this! I was wondering if you could look the door from the outside without a key and apparently you can by pressing any number for two seconds. Totally missed this instruction, thank you!
If you're seeing red flashing lights when trying to do any programming, ensure you're entering the master code correctly. The master code must be entered to make programming changes. It also flashes red a 4-5 times if you enter a personal code incorrectly. Also, when the batteries are low you will see a flashing red light.
I bought 2 sets of these, the installer didn't save the boxes... Now I have NOTHING to go by... No box, no manual no master code! What can I do? Any ideas? I tried contacting the company but the email cannot be delivered. I can only use the key, no other functions work. I don't know what to do.
See this page. I believe the user guide is the one page cheat sheet (The default master code is at top left of the page.). If you have changed the default Master code and cannot remember it, go through the reset procedure in the user instructions... iveise.com/pages/ks02b-technical-documentation If this is not for your exact model go up to the menu (three lines at top left) - products - fingerprint locks - and select your device.
You have to delete one fingerprint at a time. As follows: = = Master Code = 5 Scan fingerprint When successful, you will see the green light flash and hear a long beep. If the finger is not available, you may need to reset the lock to factory settings: Open the door and ensure it's unlocked. Press and hold the reset button (push a pen/pin into the tiny reset hole underneath the batteries) - while at the same time take out one battery, and then put the battery back in. Keep holding the reset button for about 3 seconds after putting the battery back in - until you hear a beep and see the latch automatically extend. See the video at about 1:24 for help. A factory reset will reset the master code back to 12345678, auto lock will be disabled, silent mode will be disabled, wrong code entry limit will be set to 10 times, shut down time will be set to 3 minutes, and vacation mode will be disabled. Red light means whatever you have tried to set up has failed. Re-enter the master code and start fresh. Be sure to follow the exact sequence shown on the colored instruction sheet..

How is the battery life? I heard keyless entry with “finger print scanners” drains battery .TIA.
The batteries seem good. We've been on the same batteries from months.
Do you really need to change your deadbolt or can I just use my old one?
If the old one works well, I would leave it.

Help...mine is just showing red all the time
It will show red whenever an invalid command is entered or an invalid master code..
im not getting any green lights
To do any programming, you first have to enter the correct master code.

I tried that, even went as far as Unplugging the unit and started over. No good. UGH
