Same!!!!! We are very lucky to live in this age where there are so many options, but we just don’t know where to begin. I have extremely thin hair always have so I don’t want to buy a topper that is thick or course…… I want it to be baby fine just like the rest of my hair. And not with that fake shine appearance, which is a dead giveaway.
6:41 I appreciate your honesty and regard to customers likes, dislikes and financial ability to hair maintenance. And still make your steps doable and with results. . .❤ Thank you
Justin, to say that you explain things well is an understatement. You provide STELLAR explanations and build in the disclaimers and qualifiers with every sentence, which makes your explanations thorough and concise. Thank you! Many of us have heard these kind of suggestions from our stylists previously, but we haven’t really heard the explanation as to why, and for those who are ambivalent about certain choices, hearing the reasons and explanations are SO reassuring :).
This man is honest and gives raw real advise and clearly is an expert in his craft. Praise God, you found your calling, your craft is a wonderful gift. ❤
Love your work , Justin! Please do a video for thin short hair. My thin hair has been at the base of my neck for years with layers and I wanted it to look thicker so when my hairdresser suggested a short Bob, recently, I agreed but have been disappointed ever since( only 2 weeks ago)
I have the same problem….always wore pixies but hate my back hairline. (Too high). Let it grow to a short Bob with layers but it doesn’t have any body to hold a style!
I finally found a stylist who knows how to layer my thin mid length hair. When I told him layering didn’t work with my hair, I got a ‘hold my beer’ response. He didn’t say that but it was the look. 😂 He was right and my hair looks thicker now! ❤
@@SewWhittle I don't know how my stylist cut it differently from others but I have layers throughout the sides and the back. It's a longer bob style. The hair at the very top back of my head falls about midway down. The lower part of the back goes down to my shoulders. The sides are layered and tapered. That's about all I can say. I don't know how he did it but it's so much different than before.
@@SewWhittle It's taken me years to find someone who could cut it right and I just stumbled on him. I would suggest finding someone who has hair similar to yours and whose style you like and ask who their stylist is.
I would love to find someone like that. My stylist does not want to cut layers. My hair is very fine and thin. I might have to insist on it or find someone else 😊
Awesome video!! I’m glad you showed actual ‘thin’ hair so many show supposed thin hair and yep it’s a full head of hair that doesn’t look thin at all!! I’d like to see shorter style with glasses wearer as the hair is thin it tends to hang weird over the glasses especially with bangs. Thanks!
This is so true. Recently saw someone for a consult who supposedly specialized in thin, fine hair, and she was showing me pictures of people with all this hair. I appreciate the realistic photos and advice as well.
Justin, I watch your program all the time. I’m not a hairstylist but I always since 2020 I cut my own hair . Somehow I do ok because I get compliments on how my hair looks. And I do get lots of tips watching your videos. Don’t be to hard on yourself you mean we’ll. Your a good teacher.🙌🏼
I love hearing how fine hair should be done. I just went to have my hair done. I hate going to a new person. When I came home, I had to correct a lot of problems. Firstly, it is too short for my face. I can’t fix that until it grows. Next , instead of layering the back as you and every other hairdresser on the internet suggest, I have more of a mullet. Fine hair scares a lot of hairdressers I think. I used to cut it myself for that reason. Now that I’m older, I would like someone else to do it. Thanks for your tips! I wish you were closer to where I live.
If you see someone whose style you like, ask them who does their hair. I emailed a news anchor telling her she had the best hair and she sent me her stylist info.
Yep, future tutorials on volumizers for shorter hair. I am changing my hair all the time. Getting shorter lately, soon will be a side part bottom of ear length textured bob. My hair grows fast and get it cut every 6-8 weeks. In between, due to growth and wave, I see new style potential and new goals, but ends get weak so below shoulder is never good. Anyway, I just like change! I have medium to high density very fine strands. Initial blowouts look awesome but goes limp quickly. Lasting volume tips please and looking forward to your product launch!
I'm so excited about the fibers! As for a volumizing product, I am obsessed with hair biology thickening treatment. The instructions say to put it at the roots, but I put it all over. With it, I can tell a difference in the circumference of my ponytail. It's changed my life!
Love your channel, Justin! It'd be great if you could do an in-depth video about hair extensions: pros & cons of the various options and specific ways to have extensions installed in shorter hair to achieve a natural-looking mid-length. I'd love to have longer hair, but don't have the patience to get it beyond the awkward phase, and always end up chopping it back off! 🙄 It'd be so wonderful to have a way to preview how longer might look, and then to actually grow it with the help of extensions. Thanks! 😁
Yessss! DO a video on short thin hair. Mine is much thicker now from using my gold standard minoxidil. Also, Color Wow's bombshell is a great volume booster! Another fave is Living Proof's thickening mousse!
You are so professional…..all your 5 clues are so right….I’ve done customers with less thin hair….giving volume to a hairdo is the magic to give a customer….they go out with confidence and happiness…..good job 😊😊😊
This video was really helpful and I feel like I'm finally on the right path to getting fuller hair. I'm from Sweden and as known, scandinavian hair is often thin with a lot hairstrands and we are exposed to heat during the summer and freezing cold during the winter. During the summers my hair feels fine but during the winter it takes a lot of damage from the snow and the cold when we are outside. I would love to see a video on how to protect your hair during seasonal changes. Should I change products or just live with it? 😅 in the summer we have +25-30° celsius and during the winter it's around -25° celsius.
Please do a video on short hair, I always find your videos extremely easy to understand and put into practice and would really appreciate the short hair advice 😀
I love watching your videos! I never think "huh" while watching you. I especially love that you give your viewers the freedom to think & choose for themselves. Your ego isn't affected by the faceless people on the other side of the keyboards. Thank you, Justin!
Justin, yes please! A video about making shorter hair look thicker. I'm 64 years old, have always had thinner hair, and now in the back top area, it seems thinner than ever! And I have lighter colored hair. Thank you for all your helpful videos, I'm a fan! And looking forward to checking out your new products!
I have fine hair with medium density. My favorite styling product is Moroccan Oil Root Boost, made for fine to medium hair. It’s super lightweight and comes in an aerosol that you spray at the roots. The fragrance is really nice too.
I would love it if you would do a video addressing thickening shampoos, conditioners and serums. I have FPHL and I would love to know more about how they can help. Also very excited for your new product.
The tip about layering hair from recession to crown is a revelation! Also, coloring the roots a bit darker is another really good tip that I am going to try. (It is bad enough that I've gone grey, but having transparent-colored roots is just the worst).
I know this goes against conventional advice for grays, but I actually dropped from 20 volume to 10 volume and achieved the darker color without having to give up my shade. My gray isn’t super resistant to color, I always assumed because it’s fine to begin with. It does in fact help it look thicker. I also cut my own hair mostly as he describes. I start by pulling up each section of the top area to the full reach of my arm in a 90 degree position. Then I cut a curtain bang to the tip of my nose, and a baby bang just below my brows. I face frame blend the curtain bangs and round the corners. I follow up by combing everything straight down and taking off a half inch to blunt the ends so they hang heavier. This video was very validating for me! Lol I’m a beauty school dropout 😂
@@safetyfirst3132sure sounds like you know what you’re doing! Thanks for the tips! I’ve been using a dark blond color for my light blond hair. It does make a difference and it looks nicer. 🥰🙌🏼
Thank you for the details, that is beyond helpful... I do my own hair but have no official training. I have also done my daughter's hair forever and she literally has been every color of the rainbow 🌈, the worst is when she wants jet black and then platinum... We did it, 😳it was a process. Lol. Sorry rambling.. again THANK YOU 💜
Avon makes a wonderful powdered root touch up that also works great on filling in your thin areas and it gives you a little volume as well. Super easy application as it has a powder puff top.
Hi Justin, I have been subscribed and watching for over a year now. Following your advice has changed my hair dramatically, and honestly, my attitude. I don’t like spending a lot of time on my hair. I am so grateful for your fun, kind, knowledgeable advice. My 7 yr granddaughter asked me to do her hair like mine! I was able to help with her hard part after learning your technique on drying my part back and forth. For the second time, I’m heading to my hairdresser Thursday with notes I’ve taken from you. Thank you!
Love all your tips. There's a point that millions of women reach where the amount of hair loss is too much for Toppik or other brand fibers, and it means needing a wig or large topper, instead of trying to hide increasingly bald areas of the scalp. It would be a real kindness if you addressed this issue and how you help a client transition to "helper hair." Allogenic Alopecia is common (male pattern hair loss affecting women) and there's no cure for it.
I have very thin, fine hair. I have tried so many thickening products but haven’t found the holy grail. Would love to see your suggestions. (I have used DermMatch topical shading for many years and love it)
The problem is that there are A LOT of stylist who have no idea whatsoever how to layer fine or thin hair. I know this because I had one stylist who worked on my hair for over and hour layering and it was the best cut I ever had. Now I live somewhere else and my two most recent cuts have been awful, including me arguing with the stylist about whether my hair can be layered. ARGH!
I’ve had so many horrible cuts including my now hair dresser who is never consistent. So frustrating! My sons wedding is 2 months out and I’m so worried about my hair 😭
@@user-iv6ty3cd5i Agree. Most stylists have no clue how to cut different hair types. They point-cut the crap out of it leaving it looking like a weed whacker cut it.
I asked the person who has cut my hair for years to cut it like you are suggesting, a few months ago. He flat-out refused! Now I need to find someone else to actually cut my hair so it will look healthy, fuller and nice. Thank you for validating what I already knew that I needed. As a side note, I love your videos, for multiple reasons. They are super informative, helpful and equally important you explain why to do or not to do something, which to me is important. Thank you so very, very much! You are truly cherished! ❤
Volumizing root powders are life changing! Also, I use a bedhead mini crimper on my roots, and I carefully place them in a halo underneath my hair, and that is also seriously game changing!!!
I can't wait for the new product, congrats on this video for thin hair women like me, lots of love....I had been using Toppik for a very long time and I can't go out without it, however I do a little bit of mess near my forehead when I use it, but I am going to buy the pump so hopefully that will end this issue.
Yep video please on shorter length hair. Holy cow you are a gold mine! My scalp is so sensitive to product and I have allergies and asthma. It’s ridiculous how hard it is, near impossible, to find product that doesn’t send me into an asthma frenzy or my scalp to itch like a monkey. My hair is thin/short and nearly beginning to grey at the temples. I’d go for all over grey with lowlights, however that’s done, in a heart beat. I’m turning 70 next month and a, completely enamoured with greys! Just discovered you, new subbie!
As a stylist of 43 years, I've used a lot of products over the years! I agree with you on your cutting ideas! But I found that I have used.. Its a 10 serum, and it's a favorite! It's great for shine, humidity, non greasy, controls frizz, seals the cuticle, protects color, great heat protection! Love their products! I accidentally came across Kenra Dry volume Burst instant soft volumizing spray (3) WOW what a fabulous root boost! I never would have thought! Normally wouldn't have tried it, but I was pleasantly surprised!
@@justinhickox I love your videos, and find them very useful. Your ideas are very helpful & insightful! I think along the same lines as you do when cutting, and have always just considered as “old school thinking “ Maybe it’s just TALENT!! Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing what you have to offer on the new product
I absolutely love “It’s a 10”. I love the leave in and serum and use both. It has made a world of difference in my hair (that’s been highlighted every 6-8 weeks since I was 24 and I’m going to be 53 in Dec.) It keeps my hair from getting brittle and helps tremendously with breakage. I’ve been using it the past 10-12 years and it’s been a game changer for my hair. I also like Big Sexy root lift Powder Play.
I wanted some suggestions. I have thin hair but they are extremely frizzy. I have only recently started thinking about caring for my hair(I am currently 18). I never thought about caring for my hair that much before but now l have realized how important it it. But l feel so lost because there are so many people on the internet giving suggestions and most of them aren't even authentic. I am afraid of using too much products that might harm my hair more. Also I am tight on budget(being 18 sucks, I can't experiment since I don't have money lmao). So as a beginner, can u suggest some things for a little bit healthy hair?
Hi Justin! I don’t think you talk too much! I love your personality!!! I’m excited to hear about and try your new product! 😮 I used Toppik over 10 yrs ago and I struggled with it so I stopped. I think I’ll try it again-I don’t remember it having that blower but I think it would be helpful. If you have enough interest, I’d love to see a video showing more detail how you apply it. ❤
I’ve finally decided to go for it, it will probably be the last time that I’m able to do this. My hair is almost to the middle of my back and I want to grow it to my waist just because I can and because I’ve never done it before in my 72 years but your tips will help to keep it healthy and hopefully looking thicker.
I'm about the same age, and it is down to my armpits. I am not sure I want to go to the middle of my back but will see where I can't stand it any longer. However, I am not creative with my hair so it stays up on my head most of the time. But that is also the reason I was able to grow it long because I am not damaging it with styling. But yes I agree with you, if not now then when?
Yes please for your take on some what shorter hair!! I have watched you (compulsively) for the last 2 days when a friend sent me your link. Thanks so much! Do you have any tips to find a stylist? A stylist who will really help and listen?
I use Febron for natural looking thickness. It's a fiber product I happened to discover, don't know if it's better than others. I love it! My hair is fine and thinning a little. I like to wear it in upsweep or twist. The added fiber at my roots is amazing. Men, women, try it! Looks natural. No mess, also easy to use. I use light brown and medium blonde for subtle color. Thank you Justin for including this tip. A real game changer. (Not cheap, but what is?)
Hi do you think the brown color will look natural enough for the hairline for someone with jet black hair ? I have a high hairline and want to achieve a smaller forehead appearance but afraid of trying those fibers .
I love your videos, Justin! Could you please make a video demonstrating how to use products, like when to apply them ( to wet or dry hair) and how to style with a blow dryer to get volume or a sleek look? It seems like this is the key to having a good haircut continue to look good once we are doing it ourselves at home. Thanks!
I love the tips on hair thinning and the 5 steps to achieving the look of thicker hair, I have long hair and at 70 it probably shouldn’t be this long, so I’m going to have it cut which will take the weight off and have some layers added, thank you!
Fn great!! I have 6 cowlicks, 2 scars, natural red (but older.. delicate hair..) coily curly but has had multiple major sheds from being widowed (stress) and then having sepsis and having to have 2 surgeries all within a year. My hair is growing back. Hearing how you explain it makes me very hopeful. Thank you so much!
Definitely yes to a video to make short thin hair look more dense. Also, I just had keratin extensions done and I’m very happy with the results. (I commented previously that I had chemo and my hair came back very thin and straight and you were so helpful about what type of haircut I should get!). My question is about styling the extensions. Since there is about an inch of hard plastic feeling piece for each extension, am I limited to wearing my hair down, no pinning back? And can I get volume at the roots and not mess up the extensions? A video on different types of extensions and also styling options for those types would be so helpful! Thank you!!
I am very interested in your upcoming new product in the next few weeks. My hair is fine and when it grew back after I had cancer (chemo & radiation) it was even thinner and wispy. I bought a couple of wigs, but they are way too hot in summer months. Can’t wait to see what’s coming! Kathy 🤗⭐️
Wow, this is the first time I've ever listened to a video this long about thin hair. Amazing. I'm Latina/Native American and in a perfect world, we are known for thick long hair, but alas, only the men in my family got the perfect hair, not FAIR. lol I want to keep my length and this video helped so much! I'm doing the root and midshaft advice and then putting in extensions at the bottom for thickness. Gracias!
Please do a video for shorter hair which is thin to make it appear thicker. Due to my thinning & loss of hair, occasionally I will wear a topper, the hair fibers are a bonus.
Key insights 💁♀ "There are basically three kind of sections if you will to the process of making any hair look thicker and that is dealing with the ends, dealing with the mid shaft, and dealing with the roots." 💇 Cutting off some length can help make thin hair appear thicker and healthier. 💇 Taking the length of medium length thin hair up to the appropriate length is crucial for creating a thicker and more voluminous look. 💁♀ Adding movement and texture to thin hair through layering can make it harder to see the scalp, giving the appearance of thicker and denser hair. 💁♀ Using product is essential for creating movement and texture in thin hair, which helps to create the illusion of more density. 💡 Coloring your hair can help make medium length thin hair look thicker. 💡 Adding lowlights or highlights to medium length thin hair can create the illusion of thickness and dimension. 💇♀ "If you follow all of those things in that order and do them all together collectively, they make a wild amount of difference in making medium length thin hair look thicker."
Thank you so much Justin 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Can’t tell you how helpful this is!! Have had major hair loss, due to a combo of rare chronic illness & peri-menopause. Never expected this was something I’d have to deal with in my 40’s & definitely has greatly affected my confidence. If, by any chance - you’re looking for a model to demo this for a video, I’m all for it. Just reach out. Congrats on your new product launch & wishing you the best of luck!
It’s crazy, right? @@absinthemindedJAlways had fine hair but a lot of it. Now it’s super thin & fine. It’s turned this pretty confident woman, very insecure 😟
Oh my God at last some great ideas for thin hair. I am light blonde and have to wash my hair everyday and am so self conscious of my hair because its so thin on top. I am going to try everything you suggest. Thank you. Any tips on how to do this quickly in the morning getting ready for work ? ♥
Love this video and 100% agree with all of your suggestions. The darker root color is a new one. I think I am coloring my almost-black hair too dark now for my age, and over time, I realize my hair looks flat and one dimensional- so your last video on hair mistakes convinced me that I need subtle brown highlights to bring life back, but I will need to do that in a salon (still trying to search online on how to do this at home). I am going to try the fibers you recommend, that looks promising!! I did want to share the volumizer I have found to work well for me: ColorWow Xtra Large Bombshell volumizer. I put that on the top/roots, olaplex styling cream (6) on the rest of the hair, and finish with Olaplex oil. So far it is what gives me volume and keeps some shine. I look forward to what you are launching to try out!
I just found you and I think you may be my saving grace. Sadly, I WISH I could get to you and have YOU fix my hair but I'm in Missiouri so this won't work. I'm fascinated by your knowledge and can't wait to go watch more videos. Of course I am following you. Thanks and God bless you.
I love "Powder" by Hairstory. It's a dry shampoo that works even better days after you use it, and it makes my hair feel so thick. Kerotin has a thickening treatment that works well without making the hair feel dirty. It's a treatment, but it works like a styling product.
Thanks! For your tips. Do videos on thin fine hair and with a mixture of gray hairs. Help! You are a great hair dresser with a great sense of humor 😂. I like your straight forward information.
My hair is medium thick and has ranged from collar bone to lower back. One thing I’ve consistently noticed is that when the ends of my hair get thin and damaged - and I then get those inches cut away - my hair actually looks and feels LONGER. I think that perception occurs because those bottom inches weren’t making a visual impact - so denser ends actually makes my hair “show up.” On top of that, the denser ends do that meshing thing which adds volume regardless of any layering. Justin is 100% right about that! If you really can’t bear losing length, at least go for extensions! Even 4 - 6 tape-ins make an enormous difference and can be had for the price of highlights. These days no one need suffer from inadequate hair issues!
Unless you cannot afford highlights. Not everyone can afford to buy hair stuff. Some would be taking food off our tables, &/or needed medicine out of our bodies.
I first watched you a couple of weeks ago. I very much appreciated the clarification that some people have a lot of hair but have thin strands of hair & with this, so you doesn’t hold & always looks unkempt. Thank you!!
Yes please, a video on short hair that is thinning. I have a very, very short pixie, but as I have aged it does seem that I can see more of my scalp. Thanks!
This is great Justin. Very informative and helpful as usual. I feel like you really get and understand all the nuanced hair issues and dilemmas. Was wondering if you could please address fine medium length hair that has a slight curl or wave with a square/ round face that requires layering, and short side bangs above the eye. My issue is that most stylists don't understand that I don't want thinning out in the body but at the ends. Thinning out hair from inside near the scalp leaves my hair flat, no body and looks shaggy. I also tell them I need three levels of layers. No one has been able to do the bang either. They start cutting straight across. My stylist who knew how to cut hair was a genius like you, but died suddenly a few years ago and I've been struggling to get a proper cut and color. Thank you so much.
Layers n top for texture 7 movement is a must for us thin-haired girls. Thank you for sharing this video, well done. I do use a haircare line & dry texturizing spray that I am obsessed with! It's like a blend of a volumizer with a light "har spray" - so it gives lift, and texture and holds styles beautifully without feeling tacky or heavy. That is a perfect win for me!!!
Another A++ lesson in hair care techniques. I do not have thin hair and this tutorial taught me valuable information I will apply when considering hair styles. Thank you! I look forward to trying your hair product that manages "big" hair. Cheers!🥂
I'm 70 years old and I've just gone through cancer treatment, and naturally I lost a lot of hair. I plan to keep my hair short when it grows back. Please share a video for making short hair look thick. And do you have any suggestions for making it look thick as it grows back? I am trying my best to eat healthy and provide my body with all of the nutrients it needs to recover from the cancer and the treatments. Thank you Justin. I always love watching you. I would love to travel to you and get you to style my hair.
Another Deborah here...just turned 71. My hair started growing back when I went to a functional health doctor (Naturalpath also) and started eating organically and walking everyday. I also take silica (biosil), strontium. boron, biotin, and Vitamin D3 and K2. I get my D tested every year and keep it at 75ng. It took me a few years but I have no more bald spots. I have also heard from Doctors that 8 hours of sleep is really important. I am sure you know all this already. Just wanted to say welcome to the 70's!
TY, going to a special event on 2/3 & have a hair appointment this week. It was timely because I wasn’t sure what I could do to make my long gray hair look fuller. Now I have something I can suggest to my new hairstylist. This is much appreciated!👍🏼❤️
I have a client ( I'm a hair and make up artist) who 'will' not let me try my solutions for her fine flat silky hair, but interferes, and winces and cringes, complains and tries to take over, I'd love to suggest and implement these solutions but she's impossible! How can I get her to sit and trust me to give her hair some volume and texture? It's no to blow drying at the root, no to product, no to crimping with mini irons at the root, no to hot rollers, she just wants to backcomb everything - oh and it's no to hairspray - I'm at the end of my tether!
Thank you for the videos. This one especially. I am 54, trying to make some positive change and ready to make a drastic change with my hair, which has been the same medium length style since college.
I love your videos! Thank you so much! I notice curling the bottom of the hair can help hide that thinness…as someone who is reeeeally trying and succeeding little by little to grow my hair. Thoughts?
Great question! It’s tough to say without seeing your hair. Sometimes hair simply doesn’t grow past a certain point. The best thing you can do is to keep the ends strong (trim them as necessary) and let it grow. Making sure your diet is clean and you’re minimizing heat/chemical damage where you can, will also help!
My hair is now down to my waist. I grew it from bob length . The trick to growing it is to STOP cutting it so often. I've only had it cut twice in 3 years, I am going to get a trim now, that it's long, maybe a couple of inches, I did get it layered the first time I got it cut, but not the last time. I only got the ends cut an inch or so. I'm not going to get any more layers, only a couple of inches off of the bottom, I don't really like the layers & eventially want to get rid of them.
I really like Bumble and Bumble Thickening Treatment. It makes a big difference on my baby fine medium thick hair. I’ve never heard of hair fiber… I’ve got to try that.
This was such a helpful, informative video!!!!…loved it!!!!…I can’t wait to hear about your new product!…you know I will be on it!!!🤣🤣much love and appreciation for you, Justin!…💜💜💜💜💜💜
Having fine thin hair myself I used to always have layers my hair looks so much thicker and healthy now having a one length blunt cut shoulder length bleaching your hair doesn't help with your hair being fine if you are going to lighten your hair try and do highlights rather than double process each hair strand gets finer and more fragile when you damage it by bleaching it darker hair looks thicker than blonde anyway
I can't wait for your product for volume! Also I love your channel and would benefit from thicker hair for short styles. Please and thank you! I only wish I could be in your chair for my own hair makeover.

I finally found a stylist who knows how to layer my thin mid length hair. When I told him layering didn’t work with my hair, I got a ‘hold my beer’ response. He didn’t say that but it was the look. 😂 He was right and my hair looks thicker now! ❤
Can you explain how it’s cut? I am desperate.
@@CatherineMary61where are you located, just to see if he is near me. 😊
I am exactly the same! Interested to see if Justin assists.
I'm so excited about the fibers!
As for a volumizing product, I am obsessed with hair biology thickening treatment. The instructions say to put it at the roots, but I put it all over. With it, I can tell a difference in the circumference of my ponytail. It's changed my life!
Hi and thanks for the tip. I think I found this product on Amazon. Is it in a blue bottle with HB on the front?
Thank you!
Like he said, these were a game changer for me. I’ve used Toppik about five years. You’ll love them.
Can you get them in blonde?
@@janholmes4872Yes.
It'd be so wonderful to have a way to preview how longer might look, and then to actually grow it with the help of extensions.
Thanks! 😁
Shared this with my Mom who struggles with thin hair and is always trying to help make it thicker. Thank you
The hair fibers are a game changer! Been using since my hair started thinning and wouldn't be without it!!
Try Moringa! 😉🥰🙌🏼🙌🏼
Which hair fibers??
@@malenyluna5275 I use the Toppik
Thank you so much for that insight!!
Yes - to a video on making short thin hair look thicker. And wowza!!!! to the fiber suggestion. I've never heard of that before. Thanks!!!!
Thank you!
Can you tell me which video talks about drying parts?
Love all your tips. There's a point that millions of women reach where the amount of hair loss is too much for Toppik or other brand fibers, and it means needing a wig or large topper, instead of trying to hide increasingly bald areas of the scalp. It would be a real kindness if you addressed this issue and how you help a client transition to "helper hair." Allogenic Alopecia is common (male pattern hair loss affecting women) and there's no cure for it.
Godiva's Secret wigs on YTube has lots of videos on toppers and wigs... wonderful!
Yes yes yes! Please & for light blonde level 9 & 10 hair Plus toppers that aren’t too expensive & look real, PLEASE 🥰
Toppik?
Us thin haired people are loving your teachings. I really need this as I’m over 60 now and it’s thinner finger and starting to fall out
I have very thin, fine hair.
🎯
Gosh.. am not alone..😊 exactly same thing happend to me 3 years before..that was the last time I had layers
.😢
Yes! Same! I hate how the stylist will argue like “this can’t be done because your hair is too thin. “ 🙄Like, respectfully, ma’am…skill issue.
Thank you!
THIS VIDEO IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I'M NOT SURE I'LL TRY STEP 5 HOWEVER I WILL TRY THE OTHER 4 STEPS. THANK YOU
I can't wait for the new product, congrats on this video for thin hair women like me, lots of love....I had been using Toppik for a very long time and I can't go out without it, however I do a little bit of mess near my forehead when I use it, but I am going to buy the pump so hopefully that will end this issue.
That's awesome! Thanks a ton for the insight! I will definitely check out the Kenra volumizer. It's SO hard finding good volume products.
Thank you so much! The air pump applicator makes it SO much easier!! I appreciate the support and I can’t wait to share my new product with ya!!
Congrats on your upcoming product launch...can't wait!
Also would love to see a video on making shorter hair look more dense. Thanks Justin.
yes to both of these
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback and I can’t wait to share it with ya!
Thank you for this video!! I have fine, thin hair and I always follow your tips and my hair is looking less thin.
I like Bumble & Bumble Dry Spun Texture Spray. It does not weigh my fine hair down, gives a nice boost, & smells good without being overwhelming. 😊
I would love to see a video about making short hair look fuller. I am 74 years young with a short bob.

Great video as always! I appreciate all the tips and suggestions for very fine thinning mature short Bob style hair in need of volume and thickness. 😊
I am excited to hear about your new product. Having something that adds volume AND SHINE would be amazing!
Thank you!!
Tape in extensions is another option

Gracias!
Can't wait to see the introduction of your new product - congratulations!

Please do a video for shorter hair which is thin to make it appear thicker. Due to my thinning & loss of hair, occasionally I will wear a topper, the hair fibers are a bonus.

Wow I'm a cosmetologist and I've learned alot from this video. Ty and I have very thin hair and getting thinner , I am 70 years old . Thank you.

Thanks! For your tips. Do videos on thin fine hair and with a mixture of gray hairs. Help! You are a great hair dresser with a great sense of humor 😂. I like your straight forward information.
Thank you so much! I appreciate the suggestion and I really appreciate the support!
Would love a similar video for shorter hair. Such as ear or chin length. Thanks, Justin, great info!
Thank you!!
Thank you! Can you show us how to apply Toppix to our hair?
Could you please share the name and where you get the dry texturizing spray?
Another A++ lesson in hair care techniques. I do not have thin hair and this tutorial taught me valuable information I will apply when considering hair styles. Thank you!
I look forward to trying your hair product that manages "big" hair.
Cheers!🥂
I just followed your steps and I can say it made a huge difference! Thank you so much!!❤❤
I'm 70 years old and I've just gone through cancer treatment, and naturally I lost a lot of hair. I plan to keep my hair short when it grows back. Please share a video for making short hair look thick. And do you have any suggestions for making it look thick as it grows back? Another Deborah here...just turned 71. My hair started growing back when I went to a functional health doctor (Naturalpath also) and started eating organically and walking everyday. I also take silica (biosil), strontium. boron, biotin, and Vitamin D3 and K2. I get my D tested every year and keep it at 75ng. It took me a few years but I have no more bald spots. I have also heard from Doctors that 8 hours of sleep is really important. I am sure you know all this already. Just wanted to say welcome to the 70's!
@@bluewaters3100isn’t 75ng D level kind of high ? And isn’t strontium “fake bone”?
@@justinhickox thank you!!✨
My hair is now down to my waist.

Love all your videos!! You have so much valuable knowledge and info!! And yes please do one on bob length hair too ! Thanks!!
