Available now is this beautiful JDM hatchback. Rarely seen stateside this is an absolute neck turner everywhere it goes. Paint is in excellent condition with no major dents, scratches or dings. The front lip at the bottom has a 2 inch crack which will need to be repaired otherwise the car is practically flawless. Body is rust free and accident free while paint meters evenly throughout. Paint work is noted on the passenger fender as it reads a little bit higher in depth however completely not noticeable unless you have a paint meter handy.
This car has been tastefully modified with more aggressive Advan wheels 205 45 16 R888 Toyo tires which look stunning. Full coil over suspension with camber plate adjustability has been installed up front. For better handling the car has front and rear strut bars as well as having a more aggressive locking front LSD.
Interior has been fitted with red RECARO RSG bucket seats in like new condition and a likewise shift knob. Otherwise the interior is stock albeit it does have a Japanese Panasonic radio. Car has ice cold ac and functional heat.
Driving experience is extremely fun. The car is dialed in and doesn't rub. The sound of the MIVEC motor when approaching the redline at 8200 RPM is intoxicating. In Malaysia, there are many version released by Proton, rebranded to Satria, available up to 1.8l.
In addition, because it sells like hotcakes, Proton release sport version known as Proton Satria GTI: Hatchback sport 3 window.(4g93 1.8 DOHC), the tuning is done by Lotus.
