Another option is to dermastamp with the Banisher 2.0. After 6 to 8 uses, I saw a big difference on my husband's acne scars. No need for expensive treatments anymore
What amazing progress! I bet it already feels so much better for her, I remember how painful those break outs can be. So happy for her and can't wait for the next update 😊
Nerida I’d love to see a short video focused on extracting the nose from home! It would be very helpful for us non-esthies :) Also Daniella’s skin looks amazing! During my monthly I’ve noticed that I’ll get less breakouts if I omit all sugar the week prior and get in a couple of days of running. I’m assuming it’s because the run helps to detox the extra estrogen in the body? -Lola
Oh Nerida... The care and patience you show is unlike no other skin care professional I’ve ever seen. I would love to book a session with you. Is it possible to do so? And if so, how would I go about it?
Your videos have been so helpful and informative. I recently got my esthetician license. What books or material do you recommend? I want to get more familiar with product ingredients and skin analysis.
has a place for pitting and scarring (only)....but i don't do it and recommend other actives first to condition the skin. Every bestie has their own treatment ways...this is MY way. I like to get a skin healthy..... then treat:)
Very interesting video Nerida, there's an amazing difference in her skin. Could I ask you why you didn't extract pus from the pustules on her jawline, do you not need to clear them out in order to help them heal ? Also do you ever use galvanic and high frequency machines in your facials. I used to work with them and thought they were really good particularly sparking spots with the high frequency to help healing. What is your opinion on this, I'd love to know thanks.
Painful nodules need to be left alone often, so you do not spread infection underneath. I like high frequency too...but you cannot use it with AHA's as you can burn the skin. I use AHA's all the time....normalizing formula and other treatment products i use are strong. I do like icing the skin though:))
I like to treat the scars with nutrients and peels first. If you are left with pitting..... maybe. But I would work with the skin a lot before a filler is recommended because the skin will look its best that way:))
Hi Nerida, thank you for teaching us in all your videos. I need your help how I have to use this products that I bought K Facial cleanser H Healing gel B Moisturizing lotion Flavonoid complex Retinyl Serum G AHA cream for sensitive skin Exfoliating mask Purifyng mask and Solution for acne skin I will appreciate it if you can help me with this question.

Hi Nerida, great video. Thank you! I saw the below comment and I'm wondering if you have a recommendation for an aesthetician in Salt Lake City, UT? Thank you!
Just ordered 50% glycolic & 15% salicylic for congested slightly acneic 50 yo. Plans to possibly do every 3 weeks. Very good after care products. Thoughts?
don't know.... 50% is very strong....is it in a liquid form, gel or cream? Is it over the counter or a professional product? Anything over a 40% is for Doctors usually, but it may depend on where you are located and the brand:))
@@melissamasonlmt788 2.1ph is super super strong. It is most likely a 3.1ph. Still not sure how to answer you here....sorry, its too hard to say not knowing the product:)
Hi Nerida. It's my first time here and I'm loving your channel. I want to ask you. How to avoid tiny bumps on skin? It's really annoying to see those tiny bumps. 😅.
There are many reasons for tiny bumps....hormonal, food related, KP, candida etc. Hopefully watching me videos you will see or hear me talk about the different kinds and how to treat them. You can always take a picture and send it to our office at educateyourskin@gmail.com....that way i can see what kind you have and get back to you:)
Can you talk about pitting more or maybe make a video about it? My currently a student esthetician and really havent heard much about what we can do for people who have pitting, even mild. Is that something peels can really help with over time?
*Thank you ! I'm learning so much from these videos* I struggle with oily but dry skin around my nose & mouth. I can't use products for dry skin or I break out & get blackheads. If I use acne products I get worse little dry patches. I use an oil based cleanser, serums & hydraulauron (?!) acids so my skin is hydrated. I have stopped using glycolic but will start differin soon. I have tried stripping everything back using only the Dermologica ultra calm but it made me break out. Very frustrating :(
Nerida Joy Wow. Thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it. I have been referred to a derm but am waiting on an appointment. My doctor suggested 6 months of acne antibiotics but I don't want to do too much before I see a derm. He told me to use Cetaphil only. Cetaphil only breaks me out sadly. He is a nice doctor but not helpful about my skin at all. I follow Caroline Hirons Acne regime. It works overall but leaves me a bit dry around the nose. Thanks again ❤️
Thank you for replying!! I purchased Paula's Choice 2%BHA and used it every day as was written in the instruction (I used to have combination skin), now I have very dry skin (probably very dehydrated from everyday use!) and I'm not sure whether I have to stop using altogether, or just use it once a week/month? Would highly appreciate your advice!!
Thank you, Nerida!! ❤:)) One last question: what is the best way to treat an extremely over exfoliated skin (apart from stopping exfoliating for a while)? Right now, I just heavily moisturize hoping to recover my skin (it looks really raw and red) :((
