People are quick to call him lucky nowadays because of his accomplishments which have nothing to do with luck but his own hard work. Just a few years back in his McLaren days and even in 2016 with Mercedes, he couldn't buy luck if it was on the house.
He won by one point on Lewis in 2007, he was lucky that the gearbox in the MP4-22 let Lewis down. And also one point up on Alonso. Unlucky goes to Massa 2008.
