This is like the most calm and focused I have seen Lando in an interview.

This is just Lando maturing. It’s great. It’s no different than how Max went from a “aggressive kid” to a “likeable” character now. These guys are young, they mature, and become more stable. Hope Lando sees more success come from his experience now!

Yes! Totally agree with this. It's mesmerizing to see how Max and Lando grew up and became more mature and chill. Max always believes in Lando, so I really root for Lando too and wish him (also Oscar) more success

He seems much more relaxed and sure lately and it looks good on him !!
Oscar's calmess and maturity is begiining to rub off on Lando in a good way. I noticed at Silverstone this year Lando was much more at ease with the crowd chanting and singing his name. I could see tearing up a bit quite humbled by the experienced so that clearly meant a lot to him.

I think these are always fun things to do, like write a note to yourself, and see where you are in the future. As much as I love F1, it's nice to see a video where "what's your favorite track," and "did you ever pee in a race car" aren't the questions being asked.
