      Jesus Christ saves! He’s the only way to heaven!
      This life is temporary. When we die there’s heaven and hell. Sin leads to hell. But Jesus made a way out and it’s through Him! Jesus is the only way to eternal life in heaven! We have to repent and obey Him!
      God bless you.

    Unfortunately, you miss a critical muscle group, which is all the abdominal muscles... abs is key ... yes leg muscles and clean and jerk will get you out the blocks fast and give you a good 40 yard dash speed for the NFL ... but for Jamaicans maintain your top tend pasture, and high knee lifts 70 meters into your race, it's your abs muscles (your core) that will allow for that conservation of all momentum that you initially generated with your drive phase, ask elaine and usain about maintaining top end speed and strength and speed endurance ... look at their abs or their training and see the amount of ab work they incorporate... I spill a out a Jamaican secrets here again

      Whats the most optimal way to train core?

    • @carsonmalleet4367
      @carsonmalleet4367 ปีที่แล้ว +22

      @@hajarmalak8264 the biggest mistake athletes make is to try and train the core statically, doing things like planks and crunches. You actually want to train it for mobility and explosiveness just like the other muscle groups. Things like mountain climbers, burpees, power cleans, KB swings, and even just sprinting and swimming are great for developing core.

    • @Messup7654
      @Messup7654 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      @@carsonmalleet4367you got some things mixed up their are multiple ways to train your core because of the multiple things it does it stabilizes it rotates it helps to flex and extend. you can’t truly Train it for explosiveness you can do fast movements that target it like Olympic lifts and sprinting but planks and anti rotational movements and flexion all have their place

    1.atleast bare minimum of two times power to bodyweight ratio most reliable test perfect form on trap bar 2.hip flexor length/strength not only for stride length/frequency but to be able to reverse out all the negatives of heavy weight lifting dragging the knees down and taking away rhythm and fluidity 3.posture and strength in tall posture and ability to resist posture collapsing/rotating 4. neutral grip pull-ups for speed rather than hypertrophy focus once u can do at least 15+ slow and controlled to give ur motor and neurological systems a feeling your body is light and easy to propel 5. cheetah tendon development thru drop/depth jumps ben Patrick program and sprints on concrete 6.be able to flat dumbbell bench hundos with full range of motion strange exercise u wouldnt think would increase speed but does gives u better motor and neurological control when u can toss those around your upper body feels lighter and is easier to propel forward if u sacrifice numbers for range of motion and it can be dropped permanetly and subbed out for pushup variations once goal is met=steiner speed recipe

    the ATG program imo is 100 percent necessary to take on the brutal workload necessary to be the best and avoid setbacks and the knees giving out and I also forgot to mention the backwards sled done standard for blood flow done slow and then speed for nervous system than done on toes slowly in tall posture to stiffen calf soleus most powerful muscle in the body that most lack development
