The can of beans episode was my favourite, but I too agree with the mario and meggy rivalry still being a problem. But SMG4 can still fix it, I know he can.
I enjoy the last two videos, the first video of the year I have mix feelings and yeah pretty much the part where Mario and Meggy had a fight, but overall it is great start 👍
Every 14 episodes we get a hint of TV adware. My little theory is that in this weeks episode we'll get somehting at least something small but related to TV guy. Thats what I think
Definitely agree with this list. I really didn’t like the Beans episode. It was really bad, and I didn’t like Mario’s portrayal and he wanted to eat the beans and die. Like, didn’t I hear that if Mario dies, the universe dies? If that is correct, then why did suddenly everyone forget about that? I also didn’t like Mario and Meggy fighting. I thought they were done with that, but no.
Tbh I liked that video until they forced in more Mario Vs Meggy bs, which only further proves how detrimental them being portrayed as petty siblings is to their likability as characters, and how forced and bad it is “I thought they were done with that, but no.” Now you know how I felt after watching the awful little road-trip
@@SMM5 Well, actually, I felt that way when I watched the episode on the day it came out. If I ever wanted to improve Mario and Meggy’s friendship, having them fight like siblings will not be in my books.
That sounds like a terrible idea, though considering how Luke and Kevin can’t seem to decide if Mario is a good guy or… “low”, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did that. Pissed off, but not surprised
Honestly, even though the sibling fight only lasted for a minute, and YES Meggy had an actual reason, it still made me upset. When I was watching this video when the two "SIBLINGS" started arguing, I was literally saying "DO NOT FIGHT". Although why would I say that, because if they aggressively argue, it would lead into a fight. Also, the Can of Beans episode was the first video with Mario, Meggy, and SMG4 as the main characters since "THE ROAD TRIP THAT RIPPED OFF AN EARLIER VIDEO I HEAVILY ENJOY SO MUCH". Um, do we say welcome back to this trio or not? Honestly, I thought they were closing off the sibling fights but no, this is one of my biggest issues with SMG4 including the overuse of main characters and Mario as a manchild. Look, I like the can of beans video; but it's a video I really shouldn't come back to very often. At this point, you should just start a #STOPSIBLINGFIGHTS because I am really peeved with this stupid fights since 2023. Even though it started with the Doomsday video.
Very fair take, but honestly? After the awful little road-trip, I’m pretty much immune to the idea that Mario and Meggy have finally stopped with the sibling garbage. I genuinely thought they finally figured out how to write them as siblings in a way that was actually good in the Diet video, but I guess them being portrayed as actual friends so much as 1/3 times a month is too good to be true
I haven't seen the can of beans episode in its entirety and to be honest, i don't really want to. The only takeaway i got from it was the family guy stuff and Mario having an actual voice, and the first half wasn't too bad, it was nowhere near good or even decent, but it was somewhat tolerable. But other than that, the video was a really bad year starter, i would've liked it more if they did a role reversal with SMG4 and Meggy, where Meggy was the one agreeing to the idea of using Peter while SMG4 protests against, i'm mainly saying since we barely get any moments nowadays of Mario and Meggy teaming up, it always has to be against each other. And speaking of Meggy, it was no surprise that this was one of her worst appearances yet, not as bad as Mario being a manchild from what i've seen so far, but she had no right to be this overpowered once again, and for it to be treated as her being in the right as always. Honestly in terms of Meggy, it's worse than "We Interrupt this broadcast", but as an episode in general, it's still not that fun to watch. I remember white knuckling from what i've witnessed so far, because it was almost all negativity as opposed to letting some scenes take time to breath. When it comes to Meggy, i don't see how they could get any worse from that episode alone, and to be honest, i really don't wanna find out since i am finished watching SMG4 for good, that is unless i'm convinced an episode is actually good, but what are the chances of that happening.

I Wonder what Luke Would Thinks Of the idea Of Making An Arc Where Mario Turns Evil And is The Main Villain
They kinda already did that with WOTFI 2023. Granted, it was just for a mini-arc and he was working for Marty, but still.

@@SMM5 I did forgot to mention that I only liked them as siblings in the diet video. They should just be portrayed as friends and not LITERAL CHILDS

I hate it the Beans Episodes it was Awful IMO but the Two SMG3 Episodes we're great in general, and that's all i wanted to say
