Can I use plan rice flour
It's a big no! You can find ''glutinous rice flour'' on Amazon and in Chinese supermarkets. Glutinous is Sticky, to create the texture ''chewy''.

If my conversion chart is correct you would bake at 305 F. My problem is my oven starts at 350 F. What do I do?
