I try to keep my kalimba in a safe place away from my siblings.

Didn’t realise I shouldn’t be using alcohol, thought it would ok to do so. Also agree with keeping the kalimba in a case, the tines tend to get caught on things and get misaligned.
I experience this a lot especially when I just stuff my kalimba in my bag 😫

Actually I saw my Kalimba falling so I used my feet too break the fall,
It nearly broke my toes.

Hi, may I ask to you? I'm a beginner and I have a sweaty palms since I was a child, but I want to buy a wood flat kalimba. Is that okay? Or should I buy the acrylic one?

Hello Riz! You can definitely still buy the wooden kalimba, just remember to wipe it off and let it dry before storing it away. Try to buy a wooden kalimba with a varnish rather than the ones without. Hope that helps! :)
