Not sure if it's actually 120fps. It could show 60 while actually running 120. I knew this process before I watched the vid, but without using a phone. Just thought I'd search it up to see if anyone else has figured this out
sorry to say it doesent work. sure it tricks it into making the 120fps mode show turned on but your tv LITERALLY CANNOT handle 120fps no matter how you trick the mode. when you change back to normal settings and come back to the game sure the 120fps mode it on but it’s still running at 60. had my hopes up ngl 😂 thanks for the vid bro i hit the like button 🧌
There's a difference between 120 hz and 120 fps it works buddy but if your not a pc gamer you'll not understand that difference hz doesn't matter infront of fps it doesn't actually have and effect on fps it's a different thing but it's an Xbox rule for the hz to be the same as the fps🤷
only reason to switch to 120hz mode is to get 120fps, yes a 60hz monitor cant show you 120hz this is totally normal but 120fps on a 60hz tv/monitor will feel alot smoother than 60fps on 60hz tv/monitor
@@KarmaMusik no lmao so to yall console players I just got an Xbox but you guys don't understand what's the difference between fps and hz I played on pc I have 60 Hz but on games i could get even hella 500 fps on gta sa lmao or gta 3 1000 fps which makes my character fly bc rockstar didn't think about that glitch lmao but fps is like the thing in game hz is your screen hertz it's smoother but the reason Xbox doesn't want you to acces the 120 fps with 60 hz is because there might be a little drops of fps or idk why that's what I think but yea it's smoother because hz is like different than fps like in pc games there is a settings that says vsync that setting that the xbox uses bc vsync caps your fps to your monitor so it elements input delay and fixes other performance issues but in the cost of getting your monitors hz as an fps cap so yea it's different it's just the console rules!
it doesn't work I clicked on this video just to say it doesn't work anyone with half a brain knows that a monitor cant see more than its limited to it might say your getting 120 but in reality the monitor is only showing 60
@@WRLDVENO ya i was doing the steps but i ran into an issue because i have an ipod and i dont have a phone and it says i need IOS13.0 or later update to do it on my phone and i only have a ipod which is IOS6.0

On the right you’ll see video fidelity and overscan, click on that and change to override to hdmi
