I agree on not taking this as life advice because a lot of these work differently from person to person as well as some are only theoretical and not definitive meaning they can entirely not apply to some people. Generally though, this does work for the majority of people I'm around in the public. So ultimately will be a net good advice overall.
Finally a video straight to the point, no clickbaits, no time waste... smaller channels always are the best ones Keep it up Also the one of following a philosophy it's a gem that not a lot of people suggest to do. It really changes the way you approach the world and it improves your well-being
Doesn’t work for me, I work out almost daily, I read almost daily, I have hobbies, I’m not on my phone very often, I also have insomnia so I can’t prioritize sleep, I learn a lot, I do the dishes, and I always pet the cat, yet I still have early onset schizophrenia 😞
You can just take something good for you from every belief and philosophy - no need to be only stoic or only whatever, just pick something that suits you from every philosophy.

You can try praying which is just literally speaking to God when you feel overwhelmed
