As for containers, I struggle with the expense Vs the complete lack of creativity. It's like slapping same.old construction technics and materials from a concrete house to a container. These guys should go online and see what is possible. And also the workmanship. We have a long way to go. But well....at least they have started.....even materials matter. We tend to use same old Chinese stuff.
They also do bespoke projects but be sure that the price won't be the same

Alternative options are not cheap. 1.2m for 320 sqft translates to 40K per square meter. The average cost of doing a stone and mortar house with basic finishes ranges from 25k - 30K. 1.2M is enough for one to build a decent spacious 3 bedroom stone and mortar house.
keep in mind you need do your own foundation.
Thus the point champ.....other day I called and told 3bedroom will cost 6M nilishow to be sober Kenya hakuna wajinga

The price isnt worth the materials used.the tiling,partitioning materials and doors aint it.please upgrade on it and u will see more people buying it.Make it cozy and material finishes should be worth the amount.
