Thank you for this eye opening video. I really thought this was way waay more expensive than the brick and mortar, but I find it affordable and value worth the coin, considering the durability and the fact that it can be moved from one place to another. Thank you once again.
Here each container(where I live )are $3500.00 USD each and above.Im blessed to be near the coast.Inland is way higher.Thats used ones by the way.

I saw your video and it reminded me of my plans to making a container house 3yrs ago, I had drawing of my plans and designed the structure. It consisted of two 20feet and one 40feet container with solar panels on the roof top. I used to look at it once or twice every week and visualize it.

I also find it expensive. My brick n motor 3 bedroom house costed me about 2.8M excluding land and interior. It means for the same house size the container house is more costly

A quick question though from something you said in this video; are there actually spaces in a shipping container apartment that can be ok without insulation? what rooms/spaces should be considered livable without insulation? and why have you chosen to insulate some spaces in your apartment?

It's good but each to their own, me I build my 3 bedrooms 🏠@ about 1.8m and it's very spacious. I think this container house is very expensive at 1.5 and it's only one bedroom, my take though.

I don't know how true your costs are but a well built three bedroom house cannot be anywhere close to 1.8M complete with finishes.

I think its not all that low budget considering the space you have, a semipermanet building would be economical.
But a semi permanent structure wouldn't change locations and still remain intact
