It's not as affordable as you think. There's a reason it's not popular. It's not as roomy as prefabs...part of why you aren't seeing that many family homes built out of containers.

I like this.. Innovation. Someone is thinking beyond their nose. I'd also line one side of the Styrofoam insulation with aluminum foil to increase heat flow resistance. Wow! board and batten homes can become a possibility in Kenya.... how nice!!!
Love his idea! I will say, the interior design choices were very inconsistent; the rooms and spaces felt like a random assortment of ideas put into one. Hopefully his next build will have a more consistent design. Blessings for what he has done so far 🙏🏾

And make it safe enough that you don't need barb wired walls.
