Lovely seeing TDis, btw i dont think the roads are bad in Maharashtra, Except Pune, mumbai, Mumbai nashik hwy and Pune Sambhajinagar hwy, Most road are of good quality offering good cruising speeds. I travel alot in MH itself and thats my assesment
We want TDI 'S BULIDS
I’ve a polo 1.5 tdi stage 2 with TOT tune. It has clocked 1.2 L in the ODO and 65k kms after tune. It has a custom down pipe and TOT tune passed pollution too 😂 driving leisurely, I would get an average of 20+ kms and in city driving little hard would return about 11-15kms. I am pretty much happy with the set up with ARC dampers.

An egr delete won't cause that, it's the rich mixture doing that. Egr is exhaust gas recirculation.
How it sounds so well? Like diesel we cannot put exaust

You didn’t mention in what range of rpm, the 400nm comes in power in 2nd gear?
1.5 tdi somewhere guessing mid 3k-4-5k rpm
Probably somewhere around 2600 rpm I believe. Beyond 4300 rpm TDIs drop power rapidly. But 400nm of torque is brutal. Not sure if the gearbox can really handle that much torque

Diesels have to stop getting exhausts, period. Majority of them have vibration and droning issues even after removal. Just dread to think how hard the clutch must have gotten.
