looks great, being a mechanic myself, and doing overhauls on 4000hp engines. It helps to put screws in ziplock bags and write on them if they come from waterpump or what not. It's simple but if you don't have pictures from it, screws go back where they came from. nice job on your CRF!

That bike is looking so nice. It's great to see someone working with a bike that is a few years old. My 05 Honda looks almost as good as new because I take care of it, and it cost a fraction of what a new bike costs! Keep up the awesome videos!
Great content! Tech tip. Not all loctite versions are the same when it comes to applying their product. Some versions require the product to be dry to the touch before inserting and tightening. Make sure you check the data sheets that comes with! Can't wait to see all of your content. I'm contemplating a re-build of a 250/500cc and am absorbing knowledge ! Thanks for the inspiration!
I like the way you wrench, I have watched others wrench using the slower methods, and it drives me nuts. Can’t wait to see the end project of this build.
Great build video!! One thing that I will suggest when putting the brakes back together, on the caliper pins that hold the brake pads in place put a small amount of anti sieze on the threads before tightening these down. This will definitely make a difference when it comes time to put replacement pads on and for the caliper slider pins, you are using the same maxima grease that I use too!! This stuff is amazing but I do is put some more of it on these pins and I mix a touch of anti sieze in with this grease. Trust me this really works great and it lasts a long time! Looking forward to seeing the finished bike all together!!! :)
If that pipe is titanium it looks sooo sick when you polish it on a wheel with some paste then run an open flame over it to 'blue' it, Brett Cue has a video on how to do it, looks so cool afterwards!!! Im not sure if it works with stainless steel tho.....
The firts time I've watched how you assemble every part together cause i also want to build one of my own but the problem is that i don't have the tools yet to assemble these parts so i think i should own most of the tools first.
Good idea. I do that between my 2 KTMs, one with a 19'' motocross wheel (350 sxf) and the other with a 18'' enduro gummy tire. (250 exc) Being the same brand, it fits directly.
you are living the dream man !!!!!! i wish i could build and ride so many bikes .i love your work and vids and i love u ( dont get me wrong ha haaaa ) .this bike is a fkg beauty already . cant wait for the final result .if i would live there i would come over every night to help u !!!! i hope to come there someday and ride with u and just hang out and talk about bikes
thanks brother, appreciate your support. having skilled help in the garage would be awesome. also riding together sounds good, hit me up if you in the area, cheers!
Dirt N Iron just started college and wouldn’t have much time to ride it currently but yesterday I did tear the engine out of my car in a friends garage so that’s a project.
Hey Rado, bike is looking awesome 👏🏽😮, just check your sprocket bolts again , you didn’t appear to tighten the one nearest the Dunlop logo 🤓. A good tip also regarding the front axle bolts.... let the bike sit on the floor before you tighten the 4 axle pinch bolts or the wheel could be slightly out of alignment. Good camera shots and close ups.👍🏽. It great that you are humble enough to admit some small mistakes and learn from them, none of us are perfect, but it shows strength of character and that you are human. Can’t wait to see the bike pop when it’s all together🏁😁
Dean, thanks for a great feedback and tips, appreciate it! I will re-check everything again once the bike is done. I am sure I will do few more mistakes ;)
Hey Rado, no one ever learnt anything from getting it right first time did they? That’s what learning is and we’re never too old. 😁 Love your channel bud, it gives your viewers information, is interesting to watch and is very inspirational without doubt. 🎯Do you have anything else in the pipeline or ideas for the next build? 🤔
Hey Rado, You ever think of rebuilding or fixing up a Quad/ATV after your yz build of course lol, Would be something different for your channel. A lot of guys love both and have both, just my .02 cents
Hey! I'm soon 16 years old and im 140LBS and 6'7 tall. I've been riding 110cc mopeds and 125/250cc fiddys my entire life. What dirtbike do you think i should get?
I have a 2002 RM250 fully restored that I really don’t want to ride it !!! , Is so new I just enjoy watching it 😉😂 , I’m gonna order the hoody and the key tag 🤟
i am not sure I understand correctly, but if your bike is dying under load then you might be too lean, try bigger pilot jet if its happening first half of the throttle

I totally agree...the gold hubs and rims are beautiful! I am very anxious to see the finished bike. Love watching you build these bikes!

thanks Mike, i try to make it easy to watch.. its not easy ;)
Lol...exactly right! The video production is top notch. I have seen some videos that are so painful to watch, I would rather have a root canal!

don’t forget after a couple hours of riding to re tighten your spokes they will get loose keep it up🤙
thanks for the advice Phil!
man this bike is looking fresh bro
thanks bro, glad you like it!
You should get some wheel spacers so you can swap your rear wheel on your ktm and have a 3002T mx bike and a 450 xc bike with an 18" rear wheel.
Good idea. I do that between my 2 KTMs, one with a 19'' motocross wheel (350 sxf) and the other with a 18'' enduro gummy tire. (250 exc) Being the same brand, it fits directly.
Coming along nicely Rado. You should start up your own bike build shop, and open it to the public.
thanks Joseph, that would be interesting! :)

WHY DONT YOU PUT BRAKE ON AFTER WHEEL ALL ASSEMBLED ?

thanks Joel! I have same rotor on my KTM and its pretty good, more braking power for sure, specially when paired with steel braided line
Why won’t my dirt bike full throttle? In gear ? But on neutral it does ? Anyone help pls just got into dirt bike
i am not sure I understand correctly, but if your bike is dying under load then you might be too lean, try bigger pilot jet if its happening first half of the throttle
