Wonderful experience to share ... especially loved the little comment about M & D . Thank you for all your hard venturing to share these videos. They are excellent !!
Brian, excellent compositions. The last area that you were reminds me of paint mines in Colorado. Both are beautiful locations, but a composition that does them justice is hard to find and time-consuming. Thank you for sharing. Shelley and I look forward to your next video
Great first shot! Fun comp! Shape and texture for the win! The colours are beautiful. Fav is the shot of the little bush at 8:25. another good video as always! Like the recognition of art and geology for Death Valley. Spot on! Cheers, Brian!
Thanks Victoria! This day was definitely unique, and lots of geological art to go around. Glad you enjoyed that one of the bush! It was a bit of a strange scene in such a barren part of the park.
Wow, I need to make way down to Death Valley at some point. Those colors look amazing, the other-worldliness, the solitude. Beautiful place and beautiful photos as always Brian.
great combination of parents :) Love the Colors and Textures... I see it a lot in my travels through New Mexico and Southwestern Colorado. I care nothing about influencing... but a lot about sharing :) Thanks for taking us along Brian.
Haha thanks Robert! I will relay the message :) the colorful rocks of the southwest always amaze me. Glad you enjoyed the video even though I didn’t influence you to wear a crazy hat or something. Thanks for tuning in!
11:24 is a really cool shot, i also enjoyed the 2nd sagebrush photo. Really cool looking place will have to make a trip out there before i head back east. Good stuff Brian, keep em coming
hey Brian, thanks so much! I really don't like going to the same old over-shot locations at any park, so I appreciate this response! It's been too long since I made a trip here - looking forward to heading back soon
@@brianbeattyphotography I'm lucky, I live in Vegas, so only 90 min. away. Been there 5 times since Nov. The lake around Thanksgiving was a composition-rich environment.
Another nice video Brian. It was great to see your locations, calm deliberate approach and the beautiful images you made. Also nice to be able to walk away from a location if you’re just not feeling it. That’s a good message, that we don’t always have to make a picture, even in an iconic location.
Thanks Scott! This leg of the trip was definitely the most challenging. Places where I “should have” had a lot to shoot but it just didn’t resonate. Always next time! Glad you enjoyed the others.
That first shot is so other worldly Brian and those colours, shapes and textures throughout the film are certainly the makeup of an artist's palette indeed. Yet again our films are in sync - you are in a martian landscape and I'm on quite a lunar landscape for next week's film ! Enjoy the beer and look forward to next week's sunset !
Brian, love that little hoodoo shot, any chance you did a DOF bracket on it? To me, a little more softness in the BG might add to the pop and 3d feel. Thanks for the channel...
Thanks Paul! You know I was just thinking the same thing the other day. It has some slight softness even at f/10 because it was on my long telephoto zoom, but you’re right I should’ve tried out a shot at f/5 or something to see. Next time!

Haha of course :) glad you like them!
Beautiful location, thank you for taking the time to share.
Thanks Hugh! Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Great video 😊 and stunning shots btw🙏👍
Thank you! Appreciate it

I was thinking the same thing!
Thank you Craig! Yeah I was surprised to have struggled as much as I did. Oh well, just a good excuse for another trip!
That Atriplex shot just shows you can find something nice with high/flat light, even in DV.
Thanks Paul! I appreciate it 👍
Fascinating geology which made for some stunning images. Great vlog as usual.
Thanks Andrew! Definitely hard to beat the rockies for interesting views.
Death Valley makes you work for every shot! It’s a photographers muse
So true! It’s what keeps drawing people back 👍
Bonito reportaje
thanks

Haha! Can’t recommend it highly enough. Message me if you ever have any questions!
That’s a nice find your description is beautiful at the tree and rocks round 7:54
Thank you! Glad you liked that one 👍. Rewatching makes me want to make another trip back soon!
Might have to take a road trip out there. At least before it gets scorching hot. Great job as always Brian.
Thanks Jason! It may be too late for that already, haha. I think the temps are soaring the last few weeks.

Thanks Tim! Glad you enjoyed the images, and yes I highly recommend a trip to visit! Just make sure to go when it’s not 130 degrees in the summer haha
awesome video as always dude!
Thanks Jared! Glad you liked it 👍
I know this is late, but just wanted to complement you on finding some unique compositions in such an iconic location.

@@brianbeattyphotography Ive always wished there was an aperture bracketing option.
