well as a melee character he is a little weak against aliens. their acid does damage to him when he kills them, and unlike sword bros he isn't able to reflect bullets. but his dash and directional attacks can throw his enemies and jump him past them. when it comes to alien levels treat him like mr. anderbro or the brode, dash in, dash out, swap fast. he has great mobility, but the acid is very dangerous for him.
