I can't imagine the amount of work you put into this video and It blows my mind that it only has around 3k views. The quality is very high and there is a lot of good information. Keep up the good work, i love your channel.
thank you so much! yes it did take a lot of work!
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO! I´ve been hoping that someone on TH-cam finally would do a critical video on AG1 since so many other TH-camrs are pushing it so much, so thank you :)
haha yes someone had to!
Bro with the best thumbnail I’ve seen while looking for green powder and only this many views. Unreal
lol thanks man! appreciate the support
Great video! The algo needs to do a better job and put these videos in my feed.

My whole family recently subscribed to your channel. Love your content.
wow, that's awesome, appreciate it!
This is a detailed evaluation with an honest perspective, and I appreciate you making this video.
thank you! yeah a lot of work into this one
thank you for choosing to produce responsible content for your viewers. there is way too many creators who only care about making money from promoting products.
i promote lots of products but only ones i would personally use, and it became clear to me that I would not promote this after going deep
You're making better content than channels with 100x more subscribers. Your production value is already at their level too. It's not if but when for you. Thanks for the great videos. Keep them coming!
really means a lot rob, thank you. I'm putting everything I got into these videos.
Thanks for the honest review. Your channel is very informative, I appreciate the education. Subbed. 👍🏽
thank you!
I took AG1 daily for three months and so no real difference, so seeing this video helps me realize I should look for an alternative. Thank you! Was there any standout alternative the people you talked or you recommend?
Oura Organics was the only one that one of the experts mentioned
Tried AG1. Bottom line made me feel sick so I obtained a refund. No harm no foul. Thank you so much for making this video.
you're welcome
Great video. Really helpful.
awesome, thanks
Great content ... thanks for this ... now a new subscriber ... 😊👍
thank you!
Excellent video, thank you for sharing. 👍
thanks for watching
I don't have the study links, but it's starting to look like probiotics can possibly do more harm than good by creating monocultures and other issues. Rather it appears that multiple daily servings of fermented foods is the ticket. I stopped all probiotics and went the fermented route. Regularity and other issues like bloating improved, general inflammation seems improved, sugar/carb seeking greatly reduced.
What fermented food do you eat? Kimchi? Or something else?
@@jedikye Kimchi, quality yogurts, home fermented blueberries and raspberries. A friend of mine just let me try their one month fermented cherry tomatoes in 5% brine, garlic, basil... was amazing. Looking to add in more homemade stuff.
Same. I was taking the pb’s and the only difference I noticed was that I ended up with diarrhea and my belly was always slightly. I started eating a half a cup of raw sauerkraut every day, and I feel much better. No bloating, much less gas, and of course, more regular, healthy poops.
I think it's always good to be pretty skeptical about "out of the box" solutions like this, because one of the first things you realize (and it's a BIG AH HA) when you go down the Bio/Health Rabbit Hole is just how unique we all are and how important it is we cater to our situation (which never stays the same). So a standard juice or powder, although convenient and likely good to get you started, will only give you so much.
true
Bro this is so good!
thanks g
honest review
The violin intro be giving me anxiety about greens powder
lol good
Awesome video. Thanks. When I took it, I was doing it every other day because of the cost. Now I'll save 100 percent.
Lol glad you found it helpful!
How does it taste?
@TheBerkeleyBeauty It tastes pretty good, but I felt no better on it!
I LOVE YOUR THUMBNAIL 🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Did you not manage to get the AG sponsorship?
lol
Cool and all but what is better!? WE ALL WANT TO KNOW PLEASE!
real food
Wait til you find out how bad taking "adaptogens" every day is
Please elaborate..?
I wonder if it causes Oxylate kidney stones.
Enjoy the greens...the METAL TOXICITY is FREE.
ha!
Just concerned. Are you able to grow out your eyebrows. When I was taking many substances I started losing my eyebrow hair, it is grown back now with the proper vitamins fats etc.
Thinning eyebrows at the outer edge is a sign of hypothyroid
My personal say - it has really helped me with afternoon fatigue and eye fatigue. If I don’t take it I notice the fatigue comes back.
no it hasn't
@@AndyS52. You don’t know me. I do agree it is not for everyone. Is it the magic pill, no. I’ve tried going off it and back on it a number of times and it seems to make a difference.

Honestly-you would perform a greater good by reviewing pharmaceuticals like Pfizer’s Covid vaccine and Nov Nodisk’s Ozempic that will affect significantly more people than AG. Truly-your expert’s analysis on major pharma products would be infinitely more helpful. If AG is questionable, then so are most supplementals Americans are taking. Think about K’Chava-same critiques. I will trust Tim Ferris over the random group you have assembled. Please provide their resumes.
thanks for sharing your thoughts!
I think it's a bit selfish and narcissistic to value personal experience over "science" Yes science changes but it has also debunked quackery that has come from anecdotal personal experiences throughout history. As an extreme example, if people valued personal experiences to that extent then thinks like smoking or doing radiation drinks and the like would still be considered beneficial. A less extreme example of this selfish thinking is the athlete that doesn't want coaching as they think they know best how to perform based on personal experience whereas a coach could never provide any extra insight. Most people would see the faulty thinking there.
I'm glad the science is being examined at a deeper level here rather than diving deeper into personal experiences of the product. Not to diminish personal experiences of people like Jeff, but his take is incomplete like you said.
That’s so dumb
what's with the eerie background scream at 1:31. is this a purposeful cortisol raising manipulation to get people to be hyper alert and HAVE to watch. If so, shame on you, be abetter person & cut it out!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Not only is it not healthy, it's actually bad for you
"I want athletic greens to be great" why?
@@AndyS52
- for the people buying it, you just spent 100$. You want health and diet to be easy, you want this to work.
I also see a bit of a superiority complex from the people who engage in these “health protocols” people like Huberman shill. It’s often people who are insecure about their body or struggling with their health (totally understandable) and being privy to “the latest research” and these life changing regimes perfectly calibrated through science gives them a sense of control and eliteness. If you actually look at the research, people like Huberman often cite studies that are poor quality.
- for the people shilling it, the money they are making (there’s crazy margins to be made by selling supplements since they are so cheap to produce, people like Huberman are probably making millions by promoting them every year)
The gut biome is insanely intricate and interconnected with the human body. Science is just recently starting to find this out.
When I see a video that features a lot of people discounting gut health awareness, I check out.
Just one more piece of crap content complaining about problems, and not offering solutions.
