"She died a few years ago" - Oz is _always_ covering his tracks. He's protecting his mum by saying that. At this point, only Vic knows Oz's mum is alive. The last thing you want is Sofia finding out and using her as leverage. And _do not_ underestimate Sofia. She spent 10 years in Arkham, but she's not as crazy as people are calling her. Carla wasn't really being friendly, she was sent to try and convince Sofia to get out of Gotham - and might even have pulled it off if her daughter hadn't appeared. Her reaction to that hurt and offended Sofia, and I think "Things might not work out so well for her" was two-fold - 1) scare Carla for the fake friendship move, and 2) I think she was talking about _herself_ Where's Batman? Dealing with the aftermath of the Riddler attack. The low level gangs fighting over turf post the disaster is not exactly high up the to do list. It will get dealt with I'm sure, but it was said _ages_ ago that Batman _won't_ be in the show. Man, I love this show 🙂
We are catching on to Sofia and her character in our episode 3 reaction! We know The Batman won’t appear it’s just crazy to think there’s a man in a cape and cowl fighting crime in this super grounded story! It’s definitely the best show we’ve seen this year. Thanks for watching!
