    this was the most helpful tutorial on this transition so far and I finally made it when I almost thought it was impossible. i think the most valuable part is that the girl practicing the pose is also in a learning stage. thank you so much, great work ❤

    I tried this video on a whim this morning and actually jumped back to chaturanga from crow for the first time ever. I couldn't believe it. GREAT tutorial.

    This is the most helpful tutorial ever!! I’ve been struggling with this transition for a while now. Tried it after watching and I was able to do it after that squat jump back prep!! Thanks a bunch!
