Well... if i remember right rune wizards do have some of if not the highest contact damage in the whole game. Which is strange considering they are purely stationary and extremely rare.
Okay after looking at this...
Rune wizards contact damage is so hilariously overpowered that it is the 4th highest base damage from an enemy in the entire game. On par with skeleton sniper's sniper shots.
I think it also gets a damage bonus on this seed... so touching a rune wizard is basically complete and utter obliteration of your health bar. If not instantly killing you, I'll certainly leave you critically injured.

Ok, I may have spread some miss information, yes it has been beaten, but not by as many people as I thought, I confused “For the Worthy” and “legendary”. But yes legendary has still been beaten by at least two people I could find.
