Not printed vinyl. it would need to be cut vinyl (already has the color). This is because we can't print on adhesive. What can be done though is doubling the acrylic. So, apply the vinyl to clear acrylic and then sandwich the vinyl with another piece of acrylic. Gives a great look. We have done this and then used decorative standoffs to support the acyrlic on a wall. Thanks for the question.
If you want to apply to the inside of the acrylic, yes it may give you a more consistent gloss look. But, I would estimate 95% of vinyl installs are done on the outside of the glass/acrylic. This is for a couple of reasons. One reason is that the majority of vinyls do not allow you to print on the adhesive. There are a few exceptions. Also, on storefronts and such, the windows are tinted which means it would diminish the visibility of the piece to be inside the glass.
ah that's clever! :D thanks for sharing
Oh wow what a perfect peel! Thank you for the tips! Does your vinyl come with the transfer tape you're using?

Hello, what type of transfer tape are you using?
I am not sure for that particular video but currently, our favorite application tape for general use (90% of what we do) is RTape Conform 4075RLA
