Plastic/Acrylic Bender is used for bending PC/PET/PP/ABS/PE Board
It is a manual machine, not a automatic machine.
It has water cooling system.
Acrylic bending tool can heat, soften and bend the plastic sheet.
Availbale size: sheet thickness 1-10mm,
Bending length: less than 650mm/less than 1250mm
I've used this bender, and it's very good

You are right, Generally, for a 3mm thickness acrylic, you need about 15-20 sec , But you can put as many as you can if you have jobs.

It doesn't look like a "bending machine" for me since mostly of the task is done manually. Actually it is just a simple heater with a protractor template. With so many available resources outside and the quick decreasing cost of technology I really came to this video expecting to find a CNC. THIS would be a machine.
@billy vandory it is manual acrylic bender，not auto bender.Heat gun can not heat acrylic board uniformly and gun may be overheated without cooling system

All the process is made by hand. How an automatic is this? You can heat the material in front of an electric oven, you can bend it on the edge of a table. What is that tool for?
In fact, i thought that you adjust the angle and insert the plate from one side, it will be heated and bended on the other side. Not so hard.

You people are way to generous, all this machine is a heater. It does not bend anything. And it costs $643.00 on ebay. If the machine heated then automaticaly bend it; like sheet metal bender then it would be worth it.

цена вопроса с таким же станком (основой) в 15 000р. Главное "струну" хорошую купить. На Митьке (Радио Рынок. Москва) в среднем от 600-1800р. + транс + стабилизатор. короче по электрике в 5 000 р можно уложиться. Ну а стол какой решишь такой и сделаешь.
@@user-sv6tx8uq9e Сделал уже из убитого ламинатора, вся электроника из него в дело пошла, сам ламинатор восстанавливать не было смысла, резина на валах лопнута из-за скачка напряжения он решил нагреться до где-то 240 по цельсию, да и приводной механизм сильно изношен, вообщем 20 лет служил верой и правдой, теперь его органы ещё по служат.

I just purchased one last week, when I turned it on ,it would only work on 100 knob heat setting, the heat knob would not work on any other setting. It blew the heat bulb in 15 minutes. I had everything hooked up correctly. (including waterlines) They send it with an extra bulb, I opened itand it was broken!! I sent them an email and have had very little luck with getting everything resolved. They sent me a response, I have been waiting 8 hours with no response back. I will be making a video about this bender,,Which is actually not a bender!!! I have to bend material 24 inches long ,which this, so called bender can not do!
Im going on day 3 with nothing resolved, their customer service is very bad. I would not recommend this bender to anyone!! I bought this bender on amazon from seller =signagewholesales.
3 weeks later, they sent me another broken bulb
