I watched few other videos on postpartum care. This is my 2nd baby. I had the worst 1st pregnancy postpartum pain ended up in er twice also had hemorrhoids with constipation. Anyway ur video is really really helpful. You explained it all so well and i will be doing what u have suggested here thank you so much for taking time to do so 🙏

When I had my first kid and went through something similar. My whole family wouldn’t allow me to take care of the baby, I had to do housework and homework while everyone else took the baby. I was too young (really young) and naive to speak up for myself. It eventually caused issues with me bonding with baby. Still traumatizes me 15 years later, I don’t want anymore kids.
I did have a burning sensation when urinating the first couple of weeks but the hemorrhoid cooling pads did help with that. And it subsided shortly after. But I would ask your doctor to confirm it’s nothing more than just the torn skin healing!
Haha no I haven’t but maybe I should since people wanna know the tea! More tea keeps getting added to the teapot over the past few years so maybe this will be a good one! 🤪
Lay down the rules ahead of time with your husband and in laws if you think it’ll happen! My in laws came over and snatched the baby from me, then had me go do the dishes, clean, do laundry… when I should be the one recovering and bonding with my own baby! They never helped me with any chores… they offered their “help” to hold the baby which isn’t what I needed. I hope you don’t have to go through that same experience I did.
