good morning po doc ako dn hindi po regular yong mentrasion ko,5 years na po ata naraspahan na dn ako piro bumalik po ngayon po nag pills po ako ng vissane po yong gamot na binigay sakin ang mahal,,po oke lang po ba napotloy ko po yong low carb ko,oke lang po ba mag ecercise kasi minsan mag spoting po ako,thanks doc

hi po doc, ako ay 38 yrs old na po ngyon at noon nagpacheck up po ako sa unang obgyne ko sabi po pcos nga daw po ako at recommend nya po ako mag pills. nag try din naman po ako ng pills kaso tinigil ko po dahil iba po effect sa akin (nahihilo,nasusuka po ako makita ko plng po ang mga gamot). retroverted din po uterus ko doc. any advice po kung ano at paano po ang dapat kong gawin na hindi po kailngn ng mga gamot o pills. maraming salamat po
