Always an excellent video LaTonya, this is another great build with detail. I love how they predominately kept gold fixtures on the first floor, and the polish chrome on the second and a little mixture on the third...... I'm not even going to say it was over kill making the door hinges polish either (ok I just did, but don't judge me 😅). And the trey ceiling in the family room was definitely a nice and different (than the norm) touch. My only fault I think the builder did was putting the owners suite by the front door, at the very least I would have put the closet up there and bedroom in the back. But over the builder and designers did a very good job.

This same house in Texas has bathrooms in all the rooms and is 1.7 million dollars less than what it is in North Carolina. North Carolina prices are ridiculously stupid high
Texas is definitely cheaper than N.C.
I don't understand why the builder didn't make a better transition from the breakfast room to the porch. There could have been a pair of French doors or a slider that would provide more visual connection and not make the porch feel so isolated.
