When I use a copyrighted song on a video. It makes that video copyrighted. This doesn’t go against any TH-cam policies. The only problem I’ve run into is, some countries (Russia) ban certain artists. In those countries your video will be blocked. This is not a strike against your channel. I’ve noticed TH-cam can’t put advertisements on copyrighted videos. Which probably means I and they can’t make money off it. Which is fine because I’m not monetized, yet. Thanks for the comment, great question. SCFL!
