I was invited to a Competency-Based interview at UNDP in two days, and looking at different TH-cam clips I was feeling very stressed but now listening to the speaker I understand what exactly I need to focus on, I already remember the experiences I can mention during the interview, and it makes me more confident before the interview. I feel excited to have interaction with interviewer while responding the interviewer's questions with confidence, relaxed and serious and try to impress the interviewer with the answers sought by the interviewer's expectations.
One challenge I face with Competency based interview is Scenarios that should be strictly related to the position I am applying for. at times I might have good scenario when i worked as Roving Logisticians than when I worked as Procurement Officer. But I am interviewing for Procurement Position.
I am preparing for a possible competency interview and this interview allows me to prepare for the different questions I will be asked. thank you for sharing

Well, I once asked a Hiring Manager this question: What more do I need to know about this assignment/position aside from what has already been stated in the job description? In other words, I wanted to know if there's anything else I need to know that might help excel or deliver well on the job.
Do you have any question for us? I asked them, could I know where did I fail or could’ve answered better in the interview? As this would enable me know about my weaknesses and work on them..” Was this a good/proper question ?
Interestingly I found myself in a technical distrusting and not entirely or at all sure what I was applying for (specifically) that's the sad reality 😭
