Armstrong's great, but the line between him and real politicians is a lot blurrier then it really should be.

Except that Armstrong is smart enough not to buy into his own hype and is only using his platform to get in the door and basically switch teams once there. Actual politicians don't do that because they get one dollar from an oil company and they'll actively make legislature to make things worse all so that they can get just a little more money next election cycle.

I have to give my mention to Mara from Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. An entire boss fight built on cramming as many dick jokes as possible, from the fact that it's weak to cold to it frequently using Pierce type attacks. The boss banter makes it even better, as Mara just never lets up on the innuendo. It's so over the top with it's innuendo that you can't help but at least crack a smile.

-He starts the fight by giving a super cereal presentation on global warming! Complete with a slide on Super Cereal! Only problem, this is easily the hardest boss in the game. And made even worse when he summons secret service agents. Thankfully, they don't respawn.
*Mr. Boney Pants Guy - Borderlands 2: Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep

*Vorkken - The Wonderful 101
-Red's long introductions whenever he enters is just hilarious. I can't remember exactly how Vorkken's introduction goes unfortunately. Also, "Does the Nyurkzfat ally with the Dizzbong?"

-The second encounter in particular had me dying of laughter! 🤣🤣🤣

-This guy is practically a walking quote machine. He's voiced by Richard Horwitz, The voice of Invader Zim and it shows. Horwitz is hamming it up in this role so much a hog farm wouldn't know what to do with so much ham.

Problem with Zeke is he loses some of that ham when he joins. Not a lot, if I remember correctly, but he gets somewhat serious, especially in Genbu.

@@FATE522 The point I'm making is that comedy shouldn't be confused with humor. It's a massive misconception that people have been using for a long time that I feel the need to clear the air with. They are two different mediums.
Comedy is supposed to be objective in its approach with how people use specific antics, words and other means to make other people laugh. Because the key in any comedic skit is getting a laugh out of the audience and if you don't, then you've failed. That's why it's objective.
Humor is basically anything that makes us laugh in everyday life, even if it isn't intentional. Like say you knew someone who consistently used puns again and again. It's something that can potentially make you laugh, however that doesn't mean it's well written or executed.
I read a statement once that has since stuck with me:
"All comedy has humor, but not all humor is comedy."
Basically what it means is if comedy doesn’t get a laugh, it’s not really comedy. It’s just bad and painful.

I know this is gonna be a pretty recent one, but if I had to give a mention, I would say Sayu from No Straight Roads. 1) She expects you to take her seriously despite her being a Miku mermaid girl who's all about love and peace. 2) I find it pretty funny how Mayday contradicts her first thoughts about the boss as the fight progresses, and seeing those glimpses of the people behind the scenes is a little entertaining. And 3) Sayu's breakdown leading to the final phase and her final transformation. Enough said there.

Dr.Nefarious from the Ratchet and Clank series definitely had some pretty funny boss fights.
That’s an understatement. Not only his boss fights, but everyone of his cutscenes are hilarious.
Gotta thank his VA for that as well, someone who could go from that to being the serious Andrew Ryan from Bioshock between a few years time and back

A Hat in Time is also a game filled with funny bosses. Snatcher is an obvious example, but DJ Grooves/Conductor also makes for an entertaining and fun fight.
Honorable mention to Zote the Mighty from Hollow Knight. When he appears in the Colosseum of Fools, you see just how “mighty” he really is. He constantly messes up his jumps and if you let him hit you, you don’t take any damage due to his nail being made of shellwood. Even his dream form, Grey Prince Zote, is somewhat hilarious.

There's actually kind of a funny/gross story behind Sloprano regarding the guy voicing him too (not elaborating; thank/blame Did You Know Gaming for the info if you feel it necessary to look into it for yourself). Rare is, or at least was, really fond of putting little shoutouts to staff in their games; I've found it pretty cool looking back (haven't played anything of theirs since Conker, myself).
14:14 when I first played Mario and rabbids kingdom battle, I was really excited to fight the phantom solely because of his singing and I always laughed while doing it. He's an amazing singer. 🤣 I would love to have more boss fights who sing like the phantom and the great mighty poo. It'd be an amazing idea. 👍

7:50 Out of all the Neutral Ending dialogue, Sans is the most hostile whenever Papyrus dies. If you kill everyone else, he'll acknowledge that the underground feels empty, but he isn't as hostile as if you kill Papyrus.
Whenever Hades is onscreen, you know he's gonna do and or say something absolutely great.
Zant from Zelda Twilight Princess. The whole game he's build up as this badass menacing villain that took down the Kingdom of Hyrule and the Twilight Realm on his own. But at the end he's revealed to be a complete lunatic and a manchild who throw a tantrum as soon as things don't go his way.
The Great Mighty Poo was totally deserving of the number 1 spot. It's just a boss fight that has it all. In fact, it's so awesomely hilarious, that right after hearing Sloprano for the first time years ago on The Autarch's channel, I went out and grabbed a copy of Conker's Bad Fur Day for myself, and now it's one of my favorite games

To me one of the most hilarious boss fights in a JRPG is the Golem Overlord from Chrono Trigger basically fight starts out normal enough until you realize a time-limit has now started this is where the fight gets funny because the time-limit if it runs out doesn't kill you what happens if the time-limit runs out is you get a mid-battle cutscene where this powerful monster reveals it's afraid of heights and then it realizes it's fighting you on top of a moving airship, and it's fear of heights kicks in, and it decides to jump off of the moving airship ending the battle in your victory. I know this shouldn't be funny but it is.

Honestly, Vinny from Vinesauce had the best reaction to Senator Armstrong. It was 2016, pre-election when Vinny played Rising for the first time and when Armstrong said and I quote, "They'll make America great again!" Vinny flipped his lid so goddamn hard, he sounded like a tea kettle!

How, how did I know the Great and Mighty Poo was going to be number one?
I'm surprised GoGo got on the list before Ultros. His first encounter has quips about all your party members depending on who he's attacking, as well as a quip should he be hit by the Fire Spell.
Second Encounter he literally crashes an Opera and is the centrepiece of the funniest battle of the game. With the in-game Orchestra playing the battle theme for the fight, Ultros fighting by singing so badly it turns your party members to imps and It ends with Ultros "exiting stage right".
And every fight after that is him crashing in on heavy points in the story to steal the spotlight and ease the tension a bit. Later on you find him manning the arena scamming people out of their items by having his "friend" fight you should you ante an item without a set battle/trade for it.
