I found the cure for my plantar fascitis! I tried this stretching, cold bottle foot rolling, special socks, blah blah blah and none of it worked. What did work and it worked in only a few days. FOAM ROLLING my calf muscles!! I started doing this for a few minutes every day and after 2 days my pain was practically gone. I have continues to do this before any walks and the fascitis has not returned. Try it!

The stretch that worked for me is similar to this. You simply hold on to the wall and stand on your toes as high as you can. Hold it for as long as you can. You can feel it stretching your foot muscles and your calf muscles both. If you can't do one foot then do both at the same time and do it several times a day. Believe me I tried everything! I bought inserts for all my shoes, foam roller, tennis ball roll, calf massages, you name it. The one that works is what I described. Also you need to do it as soon as you get out of bed in the morning. Good luck!
