  • CanPump sent me this unit to unbox, assemble, and demonstrate. This is the first time I've ever used a 220 Volt commercial electric pressure washer, I have a high end AR but this is in a league of its own.
    Overall it's a great unit, extremely powerful, quiet, and the RC Auto Start Stop is a great feature. If you're looking for a 220 Volt unit I'd recommend checking it out. Hopefully I'll get the wall mount kit later and add a follow up review.

    If like to see how long these pumps last. I have a 4.8gpm direct drive and it seems to work good. Looking at upgrading to the 6.61gpm gear drive pump soon..

    Thinking about getting their wall mounted 3,000 PSI 240 volt unit hoping I get close to 3000 seems like this company's pretty honest with their specs right? Can't tell you how many 2000 PSI units I bought that barely break 900

    Do you know what size wire is coming off the motor? Is it 10 gauge?

    • @jamesbubnick
      @jamesbubnick  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't remember. I did buy a 10 gauge cord as an extension cord so I could tun it off my dryer plug.

    I just got a similar pump. What oil are you using in the crank?

    • @jamesbubnick
      @jamesbubnick  ปีที่แล้ว

      This one came prefilled but I'd imagine any 75w gear oil is ok, or any other mfg pump oil. It's probably best to use the mfg's but anything close should be fine.

    Can this be plugged into a normal household outlet if you were to attach that plug to it?

    • @jamesbubnick
      @jamesbubnick  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s for a 220-240 volt outlet. It cannot run on a household 110 volt outlet.

    I’m looking into buying this for my mobile setup..! How is the pump holding up? And is it durable?

      It’s been great, I’m really impressed with the unit. The only complaint i have is the unit is heavy, but then again anything with this big of an electric motor will be heavy.

      @DiSergeonDetailing Will you be using it with a generator? If yes, which generator would be adequate for a unit like this?? Thanks!!

    I just bought this after I saw your review, I'm showing 2400 psi before I press the trigger and only 1200 psi when I press the trigger and its consistent with all the different nozzle widths. This came with 3.5 sized orifices. Every time the unit stops and when I trigger it, there is no pressure until I release and press again, I wonder if I got a defective unit. How can I use an extension pole gun without it shutting off every 2 mins? The only way that I can think of is to velcro down the stock gun so the motor doesn't shut off.

    • @1kontrabida
      @1kontrabida ปีที่แล้ว

      the 3.5 nozzle tips u have are too big switch to 3.0 to get 1900 pasi and 2.0 GPM and as far as shutting off every 2 minutes,kindly elaborate on it,,,does it trip the breaker? does it just turn of or go on bypass mode? what happens when it "turns off" and then u press the trigger on the hose gun does it turn back on?
      ok after watching the video it has a delayed on and off start and when u leave it for awhile it turns off all together

      @@1kontrabida they sent me the proper 2.5 nozzles and now I get 2000 psi

      @jamesbubnick  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The 3.5 Orifice is way too big, but if you want higher water volume you can use that orifice.

    • @jamesbubnick

      It does shut off when you let off the trigger, I messaged the mfg. I wasn't waiting long enough for the delay. Hope that helps.
